Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

Local walks can be found on your door step in the small village of Tonna, such as the spectacular Aberdulais water falls. Cycle paths 20m's away! Within Afan Forest Park it has easy access to mountain bike trails (the 'Wall' runs to the rear of the house and Rhyslyn is just a short walk down the road), walks and fishing. Within driving distance of the Beacons and the Gower, beaches and mountains are all available to you.
