Vacation rentals with breakfast in Port Stephens Council

Brilliant stay - private upstairs area, walking distance to everything in Nelson Bay and very friendly host (with lots of good recommendations!). Would absolutely stay again.

Christine's place is just perfect. Nestled in a quiet location, but at the same time close to everything and close to the beach. The space was immaculately clean, and with having use of the bedroom, private bathroom, 2 living areas and the outdoor front terrace, very very spacious. I can only highly recommend.

Joy-Lynn & Bruce were incredibly warm hosts and we‘re so happy to having booked with them. They lent us some boards to „surf“ a very remote part of the dunes - maybe one of the prettiest spots of our whole trip! The only thing that was a bit of a surprise: we didn’t know there’d be another family staying with them at the same time. So it was a bit less quiet than expected, but we had wonderful conversations with everyone, got to play some piano and were given a delicious Easter breakfast. Thank you, Joy-Lynn & Bruce!

Our family of 2 adults & 3 kids were very comfortable at Sandra's place. The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with plenty of towels, linen, toiletries, board games, beach chairs, kitchen supplies and pantry essentials. It is walking distance to the beach and several shops. Sandra is a wonderful host. She gave us useful tips about the local area, provided us with breakfast items and fresh fruit, and even baked a cake for us! She also bought some toys for the children, and after our stay she posted some items we accidentally left behind. I would highly recommend Sandra's place for families or a group of adults who would like a quiet, comfortable house to stay in.

We stayed at Ros and Stuart’s place for 2 nights. Although we weren’t at home during the day as we were out exploring the region, the place felt like home. Clean and pragmatic. There’re great sunrise and sunset spots near this place and it’s a beautiful home in a beautiful region overall. Ros checked us in and Stuart did the check out. Both very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you. We would recommend staying at their place. It’s worth it!

We had a pleasant stay at John's cottage. It's in a very convenient location near the Marina and shops in Nelson Bay.

Joy-Lynn and Bruce were welcoming, kind and generous hosts. We felt their home was also our home during our stay. The hosts were friendly to us and our kids, who are two little tornadoes. The place is well-equipped for kids. This is a place we will gladly come back to if we are visiting the area again.

What a beautiful and amazing place Primrose Cottage is. The house is beautifully curated with furniture in keeping with the period of the cottage. The garden around the house is, if possible, even more amazing. If you like Ikea furniture, this is not the place for you. We loved the place and the host and definitely hope to stay there again in the future, hopefully for longer next time.

I treated my son and his girlfriend to a weekend getaway, and since it was their first trip to the area, Sue was incredibly helpful with recommendations that made their stay both smooth and enjoyable. The kids had a great time, and the place was exactly as described. If I ever make it to the area myself, I’ll definitely be staying here.

We love the place. Great sunset from the balcony, well-stocked pantry with condiments, etc. Place was clean, well-appointed size. Modern. Tip: the beds are really nice but has different firmness - check before choosing your room! This is the downstairs apartment. Choose upstairs for better view. Direct access with private driveway, too!

Highly recommended! Selena’s place is as amazing as the photos. The place is clean and well-maintained. All the amenities that are mentioned are actually provided (and even more!) Selena has welcomed us with kind gestures that made us feel right at home. Would love to come back next time!

Nestled a few streets back from the beach, the location was private and peaceful and only a 20 min walk to the bay. All the amenities are well maintained and was spotlessly clean awaiting our arrival.

Great little apartment for 2 people. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, and huge bathroom. Comfy bed, great location, and perfect accommodation for a weekend away. We met Terry and he was great :)

Thanks for a great trip Grant. The apartment is exactly as described a huge Bali bungalow with everything could ask for, even some Bintang sand champagne in arrival. Communication was amazing and made check in a breeze. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer and Ian’s place! The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ drive to Birubi Beach. The surroundings were peaceful, with a beautifully maintained garden and a lovely, comfortable interior. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and they even thoughtfully prepared dog cookies for us! Jennifer and Ian were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. When our car had an engine issue during the public holiday, they helped us get it sorted — we’re truly grateful for their support. If we visit Anna Bay again in the future, we’d definitely love to stay here again!

Great spot fora relaxing getaway. Enjoyed the Bali theme, outdoor shower, spa bath, day bed, outdoor kitchen and walkable to Shoal Bay precinct and beach.

From the warm hospitality to the beautifully designed space, you can feel the love and care woven into every moment of the experience. The room was incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious – a true highlight that felt like the icing on the cake. We are already looking forward to our next visit! We loved meeting Yves & Martin, they were friendly, helpful & lovely. We loved the Lavender Room, it was quaint, beautiful, well thought through with a variety of hot drink options & delicious Homemade treats. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean & lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Yves & Martine made all the components & catered to Gluten & Dairy Free needs. It was so delicious! Thank you for being such lovely hosts.
