Our cute little cottage is a home away from home. It offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other has a full bed and a twin bed. It has all the amenities just like being at home. A fully stocked kitchen with anything you need to cook your days catch. There is also a gas grill for anytime use. We are just a block from the bay and less than a mile from the city boat ramp. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

From booking to our departure, Mike was communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. His home was pristine; clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. They really put thought into every detail and how to allow guests to make the most of their stay. The pool was heated and never too crowded. The screened in porch provided the perfect spot for morning coffee or happy hour cocktail. The kids loved biking or walking up to the candy store and cafe. The golf cart was an added bonus. Downtown PSJ was about 8 minutes away with cute boutiques for shopping, restaurants and Shoobies ice cream. We went horseback riding on the beach and took a boat tour to the state park tip. We loved the state park facilities and pristine beaches. This was our first time in PSJ, and it’s a destination we will definitely return to. Thank you!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is very close to the pool and we had the best time on the golf cart and loved how they have a paved pathway for bikes, running and golf carts along the beach. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of! We were so happy that it was a dog friendly beach and house. The best restaurant we ate at was the White Marlin and going horseback riding on the beach was so much fun! Port St. Joe is absolutely gorgeous and I recommend to anyone who’s never been. Thank you Emily for being such a wonderful host! She even did a grocery order pick up for us and had it at the house when we checked in. I give this stay 10 stars if I could!

We loved the home. It was very spacious and had enough room for our large family to come together, but they also had their own space. The community was wonderful, including the pool and the close proximity to the beach! You can take the golf cart to the beach and be at the pool also. That way, you can go back-and-forth between the pool and the beach, which is what our family wanted. Thank you, Majesty, for such a wonderful place for our yearly beach vacation! We truly hope to see you again next year, if not before!

The place is great, I was mostly impressed with the response time and the effort that was put in communication with host. They set their expectations for us a guest and over exceeded my wife’s expectations as a host and place. Would highly recommend this place and host to anyone visiting the area! This place was all we wished for and more! We had our family vacation here prior to our sons FSU graduation. We wanted a beach not too far from the school. We were hesitant on the “small town”. We have vacationed in Pensacola and Destin prior. Never again. We fell in love with Port St Joe and this home! It had everything (minus the crowds!) The beach and community pools were so beautiful and relaxing. It was hard for me to leave the home, it was comfortable and had everything (games, private cozy porch, comfortable furniture, the golf cart) Charles has thought of everything to make this feel like home. He even sent a PDF with information around town! We were a family ranging from people in their 20, 30 & nearly 50 (plus a 3 year old) We all had space, and room to enjoy every moment. Great neighborhood, food close by- we will definitely be back!! (And plan our stay around Charles’ home availability)
