Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Port Phillip City

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Mister Montague. The property itself is beautifully renovated, and has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which has pretty much everything you could possibly need, making it very much a home away from home. Kim herself was a great host - responsive to questions and very thoughtful and generous about accommodating the needs of our young family. The location is very convenient for South Melbourne Market and just a short tram ride away from Melbourne’s main attractions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

6 of us stayed in the house and found it was a great location, convenient for all the shops/restaurants/bars on Chapel Street. Well equipped house and comfortable for the whole group. Clean and spacious enough.

Viana went above and beyond to make our trip so special. From the delicious fresh bread and treats to the steam presser fresh ice in the freezer Parking pass for the Grand Prix Transport cards and very comprehensive local knowledge Everything was beautifully set up for us and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Very strongly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lou’s apartment. Such a beautiful place. So cosy and stylishly decorated with everything you could need. Very close, walking distance to the Pier and Luna Park and easy access to transport to get round the city. Great food options and cafes nearby. Though there is street parking it was great to have a lock up garage and secure, gated building. Communication and instructions were also great.

Loved our stay! The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Location superb with a wide choice of quality restaurants, parks and shopping and all walkable. We loved the Hotel Gitan a delicious spot for either lunch or dinner.

Lesley is a friendly, lovely person and the accommodation was a delight. Had everything I needed and more. Well laid out furniture, comfy bed and superb location with just a stroll to the foreshore, pubs, Woollies and great eating establishments

Great stay while we did renovations! Was a perfect space for the family. Kirby was very responsive and keen to help us when things broke down, very relaxed and was super accomodating letting us check in early and late which helped us immensely! Would stay again

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, even better than the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the tram line and has a couple of lovely cafés right downstairs. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Incredible place to stay! Excellent location to walk to everything, that you need. Emily’s place is absolutely incredible, the artwork, decor, lighting and furnishings are so unique and it feels like home as soon as you step inside. I’ll be back!

We had a great stay in Dan’s place would definitely stay here again if we came back. Location was great, and nearest tram stops only 5 minutes walk away which takes you straight to the city or to the beach. Apartment was very clean and hosts Dan and Rene were very responsive to our messages when we had any requests. Only issue is that we would have preferred a view of the park but overall was a great place to stay. Thank you Dan and Rene.

House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Very quiet

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

The place is nice. Matches the description. Beautiful house. Peter and Jennette were generous when I requested for post midnight check in. Recommended.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is super lovely, clean, cozy, and feels just like home. Everything was neat and well taken care of and Chelo is so warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. Plus, their dog, Carla is the cutest! She made the stay even more special. I'll miss you Carla :) The house itself is tidy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would 100% come back. Highly recommend!
