Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Port Phillip City

A beautiful little Airbnb for a few days away! We enjoyed having easy street parking and super easy access to the place, it made it feel nice a private. Beach was an easy walk away. Lovely little communities to explore around the area. We love staying outside the city. 35min Tram into the city is super easy! Would definitely come back!

I am so happy with my stay. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. From the moment you walk into the stunning and very opulent foyer, you are immediately impressed with such an impressive and beautiful building. The concierge is extremely friendly and helpful and makes you feel completely at home. Any problems, your host was just a message away and very ready to respond. Extremely helpful and very considerate. The apartment was gorgeous with plenty of floor to ceiling windows allowing you a spectacular view of the amazing city. All amenities are close by. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my stay. Looking forward to returning again soon. I shall try to stay in this apartment any time I find myself in Melbourne. Fantastic find. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location and lovely living space, felt right at home

I had a wonderful time staying at Elia's place. It was great meeting him and having some genuine conversations—he was always respectful of my space and just lovely to be around. It truly felt like coming home. After traveling solo for a while, it was so comforting to land in a place that felt like "home." It almost felt like I had known Elia for much longer, even though we had just met. He's an incredibly genuine person with a warm and kind character. One highlight of my stay was being able to play guitar again after three months of traveling through Australia without touching an instrument. Elia hadn’t used his guitar in a while, and he was so kind and happy to let me play it—and even gifted it to me! If that doesn’t show how generous and thoughtful he is, I don’t know what will! His home itself is amazing—great atmosphere, an awesome shower and bath, and the pool is just perfect. A 10/10 experience. Thank you so much, Elia. Hopefully, our paths will cross again someday!!

Gail’s apartment is ideally located for a weekend in St Kilda. It was spotlessly clean and Gail was very helpful providing lots of information about the apartment and local area ahead of our stay. She is very responsive through messaging and always happy to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we cannot recommend this apartment enough! 😊

One of the top places to stay in St. Kilda. The rooftop view is stunning. The unit is clean and very comfortable. Plenty to do and eat within walking distance. A bit of noise at night from the trams and busy roads/ sirens, but the unit itself was perfect. And we really appreciated the friendly + professional hosts.

Had an excellent experience staying at Adam and Claudia’s St Kilda property. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation or a more welcoming host. They were so friendly, responsive and accomodating to our needs. The place was lovely, impeccably clean and exactly like the photographs. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in St Kilda, look no further.

Loved staying at Cath’s. Port Melbourne is such a good base and loads of nice restaurants nearby and of course the beach. Cath is a great communicator and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. I will certainly try and stay here again when I am next in Melbourne

I was lucky to book this home last minute for Oaks day in Melbourne last week. The master bedroom had city views and the bed was super comfortable, beautiful home with heaps of space and light. Great location, walking distance to the train station. Was a 'real' home and was really comfortable without needing to feel too precious about it. Had everything we needed, Creina was great to communicate with and easy access and instructions.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Absolutely beautiful home, Karen was super helpful and responsive, and great to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come again in the future.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Barkly Terrace. The listing was clean, easily accessible and close to all of Melbourne's best northside restaurants and bars. Great amount of space for a group trip with places for rest and social activities. We went in the colder months and the heating was easy to use and very comfortable.

Great location, close to Chapel Street and Prahan Markets, also super convenient for a drive to the city. Everything was exactly as described by the host. Check in was convenient, especially that we were arriving late at night so wanted a smooth access so we could get to bed. Overall great location, great hosts and great house, if we're staying in the area again we'll definitely be back.

Ikigai was a great host. The apartment is located close to the museums and restaurants and it is easy to get around by walking. We stayed in the apartment with our family and our son and felt right at home. I highy recommend Ikigai’s apartment.

Second time staying here in the middle of the Melbourne CBD. I felt right at home here straight away. It's very close to shops, transport and theatres. Domenico was very easy to deal with and provided me all the information I needed, making check-in and check out a breeze. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Would highly recommend this apartment for its central city location and lovely view. Building is right next to the library on Swanson street with central train station adjacent and easy access to the tram network. Easy walking distance to theatres, laneways, eateries and Chinatown. Quick tram ride to the arts precinct & Flinders Street Station. Apartment is a quiet and comfortable base with a food court, Daiso, Woolworths and shopping precinct downstairs. In person greeting and explanation of how everything worked was very handy. Look forward to returning.
