Had a comfortable stay at Renee's whilst on a short vacation. Firstly, Renee is a first-class communicator (pre/during/after my stay) and ensured that I had all the information I needed for the trip. The location is perfect with restaurants, entertainment, local shopping and various activities, all within walking distance/next to the building or a short ride away. Security within and around the area is also great. The unit is extremely spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay. Overall, I give it a RECOMMEND! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was a breeze—quick, clear, and always friendly. The space itself was cozy and welcoming, truly feeling like a home away from home. I also loved how easily accessible it was to the city, making it super convenient to explore. The place was perfect and the host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Great location, comfortable and clean. Will definitely use again. Love that there is reserved parking. Felt safe and at home. Many great restaurants near by.

Place was as described. Lots of utilities, clean and spacious. Definitely a home away from home. With everything needed and clear instructions, there was no need to contact the host. Host was not exaggerating when she said there were stairs. Be prepared to climb. It was overwhelming at first, when your pulling suitcase up after a long flight. To get inside and still climb more stairs to get to your room, but it was definitely worth it. It was a pleasant walk to the mall. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The place was beautiful and clean. The distance very close to the nightlife of Port-of-Spain. I highly recommend this place!

We are so happy we found Quinta’s Airbnb because this will be our go to anytime we come back home to visit. Everything was better than the photos and truly a dream to stay here. It was SO safe which is a huge factor and the view from our Airbnb was an added bonus. The waterfall shower in the master deserves an honorary mention, it was the BEST. This Airbnb is so central to so many things to do and there’s many restaurants and bars underneath it. You don’t even have to leave the compound!! Stay here when you visit Trinidad, you won’t regret it!

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.

Jared was always available and if he was unable his colleague was very attentive to all needs and questions. I would definitely recommend Jared for future bookings for myself or family members in the near future

Clytus and his wife made us feel so comfortable, Home was beautiful and located in a lovely area! His wife Simmi was amazing, even went out her way to prepare me a birthday breakfast. Simmi was always available and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Perfect for adults and children. Great outside area safe for the children. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much 🙏🏾😊

Overall we had a great stay at Donna’s place. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Having coffee on the balcony with the birds and amazing view was the best. Donna was very friendly and checked in throughout the stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Only downside was the pool being closed but given there are beaches and other activities just a short drive away it wasn’t missed. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the island.

I can’t express how wonderful my stay at Alicia’s property was. She set clear expectations and was consistently responsive in our communication and specific directions. I truly felt at home, safe, and secure during my time there. I've already recommended her place to friends and family, and I won’t hesitate to book it again on my next visit if available. The views were absolutely stunning, and getting around was a breeze. The security team was excellent—friendly and always ready to help. apartment is in a small private residential park which is well maintained and secure. a little difficult to find in the dark but adele's instructions were accurate. well equipped and very clean. no noise from neighbours, one or two loud birds in the garden! good communication throughout. air conditioning functions well.

After 20 days at this residence, I can confidently say we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With family all over Trinidad, this place is centrally located, and it was easy for all. Moreover, despite the State of Emergency, wthis was situated in a bustling yet very safe area. The best part of it all is the VIEW - wow, wow WOW. Watching the city light up from our balcony on New Years Eve was absolutely outstanding. TBH, most of my time in the condo was spent on the balcony, you have to experience it for yourself. The managment team was also extremely helpful and accomodating, our flight came in well before check-in and as i made the request well in advance they were able to meet with us earlier. Now, there were a few minor issues, only 2 to be exact, that required me to contact the property manager and each time, they responded well w/in 10 minutes or less, provided alternative solutions and checked back in to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed at SirLouisC’s in April 2023, I am Trinidadian and came home for a family event and I needed something centralized to everything that I needed to get done while being in an area easily accessible to good restaurants , dry cleaners and social events. This listing ticked everything on my list I could want to find! The room had more space than a hotel room which made it feel more cozy and it was also easier for someone to visit or when dropping off something. The room also came with a patio are with an amazing view, I sat on the patio some nights and just relaxed and decompressed while enjoying the view. SirLouisC and his team were great when I had requests, first thing they addressed was my request for a late arrival time checkin and then my request to accommodate and alternative checkin procedure , also a little hiccup happened with regards to breaking an access key, him and his team followed up and resolved the problem. Overall a great stay, great home and host. Highly recommend

We felt right at home at this property. Very clean, well-organized, spacious, lots of really great food options nearby. We even walked to the savannah some days. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great place. Will stay there 100% next time. There are some reviews about issues with air-con saying it has to be always turned on and it's cold in the apartment. So, here is the hack: Just turn the temperature to 23 or 24 or 25 degrees or anything you like and it will be auto adjusted and no problem with cold. Just play little bit with thermostat and you will get it right. Absolutely no need to feel cold. Place is amazing.

Marlene’s place was fantastic! My group and I stayed for a week during Carnival 2024. The location is perfect! It was walkable distance from the Savannah which is where multiple events and fetes were held at. It was a very short taxi ride from all of our other fetes. And we were able to walk to and from the band we were playing Mas in too!! The apartment was spacious for our group of 5. We enjoyed time in the common space and beautiful patio. We also all had comfy beds and private space amongst us. Having 3 bathrooms was also a plus! Marlene herself was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive! I’d highly recommend booking with Marlene, especially during Carnival season!
