Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

In the apartment is a bedroom with double bed and large balcony, living room with deep sofa where a 3rd person can sleep, bathroom and kitchen. You can easily explore and experience the Copenhagen culture in Nørrebro, Østerbro, by the lakes and in Fælledparken, which is within a 10-minute walk. You'll also find many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and take-away options nearby. There's a bus right outside the door and a subway close by.

It has all amenities, perfectly located for experiencing and accessing the city as a local by foot, bike, bus, metro. It’s where you want to be. It's an old historic apartment, kept with all its details and patina. Worth mentioning is the high quality king size bed and the included bicycle + bike helmet.
