Beautiful Loft has a double bed, a very comfortable sofa bed, living room and kitchen all in the same open space. Closed bathroom and a small private patio. EXCELLENT WIFI. Everything new, recently renovated. It is located 17 MINUTES from Santa Barbara Castle and a 17-minute walk from Postiguet Beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and all kinds of shops, 6 blocks from a large shopping mall. It is very well connected by bus and tram. Possibility of renting nearby and affordable parking.
