Clean accommodation, tastefully decorated and very well located (Place Ste Victoire and the spice market 5 min walk and the large iron cathedral just at the end of the street). Régis had very good tips and was easy to contact. I highly recommend this listing!

Excellent stay! The check-in instructions were very detailed, making the check-in quick and easy. Listing was clean and as described. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of homemade planter prepared by Michel, a delicate touch that immediately put us in the mood. As a bonus, Michel was flexible about the check-out time, which allowed us to fully enjoy our last day. A address we recommend without hesitating!

Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Don’t hesitate any longer—this is the place you wanna rent in Guadeloupe!

We were 5 adults and stayed there for 15 days. The house: good living space, well-equipped, clean, the rooms are large and air-conditioned, the mattresses are important for a good night's sleep and a good vacation, they are new and very comfortable. Well located in the center of the island. Only negative point also mentioned in other reviews, traffic of cars on the nearby road which did not bother us too much as we were absent during the day. Thanks to Marie Laure and Émile for their hospitality, availability and kindness, very good communication. Rental that I would highly recommend. Very good spot to visit the surrounding area. The place is relaxing. A quick tip: mosquitoes (due to the region / countryside) require long clothes to enjoy the stays.:)

Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems. Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for someone like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, as described, very good. Equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything for a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value.
