We had such a relaxing vacation in this private and chic apartment so close to the beach. Mari was everything you want in a host, friendly, flexible and welcoming. The place was a dream for our 2yo boy who lived exploring the surroundings(occasionally the neighbors also, who were very friendly) Thank you and we will be back for sure!

This apartment is a real find! The place is spacious, full of modern comfort and exclusively private at the same time.The atmosphere of the beach holiday is clearly present, the terrace is perfectly suited for a pleasant family breakfast. The distance to the beach is short and the beach itself is great. Jorge is a really great host! He kindly went an extra mile to help us with the check-in, as well as on other occasions. We recommend this place highly, as it is uniquely convenient

Rafa and Maria are very friendly and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool is on the same floor, which is very convenient. I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is as described in the photos, clean, tidy, well connected, with a garage space and a pool. Marta was great with us, attentive from check-in to checkout and being very flexible with us, understanding the circumstances of the trip. I recommend the stay 100%. Thank you Marta

I lived in this loft apartment for a month and would happily go back. It is located in a Spanish neighbourhood which was important to me. It is about a mile from the beach and a mile from the top of the Gardens de Turia. Easy walks as there are no hills in Valencia! Even a walk to the city centre only takes about an hour and is well worth it. Alternatively hire a bike (the city is very cyclist friendly) or use the cheap buses or Metro. David and Iris were perfect hosts. They were in contact before the trip, shared loads of information about the apartment and the city, and were very quick to respond if I had any problems or needed some guidance. The accommodation is pretty much as described but it is worth noting there isn't any real natural light in the accommodation. And if you are sharing with friends its worth noting that bathrooms are not ensuite. They are off the main living area. None of this takes away from the fact that the accommodation was fabulous.

Everything was good, very good location, the apartment had everything you need and Mileidys was very attentive and let us stay past the checkout time, beach and restaurants 3 minutes' walk away.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is very central right above a pharmacy and near a small plaza, with restaurants and shops. It’s very spacious, with a small kitchen and with everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. The host was very responsive and kind. Overall, I think it was the best place that we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Both Daniel and Mariana were very kind and kind, and quick to respond to our messages.The room is very clean and tidy., It is very convenient to have a washing machine.But Mariana doesn't speak English... exchange basically can only be translated or send information to Daniel. Besides the exchange is great, the view outside the terrace is beautiful, there is a supermarket cafe breakfast place nearby and the beach is also very close.

We, family of 4, stayed at the apartment. It’s perfectly located, just 5 min walk to a supermarket, local bus stand and to the beach. Antonio is super responsive and helpful. Top of everything, the apartment contains many things that you would find very useful e.g, beach umbrella, chairs, tennis rackets etc. Kitchen is full of utensils. Great place to stay and relax.

Very nice, very simple entrance to the apartment. Very friendly at all times. There are several supermarkets nearby and an outdoor public parking lot nearby.

Brilliant apartment in a fantastic location. We had a great time exploring Valencia and Frank's place is an ideal base for your stay.

Functional apartment and very well located. Close to the sea, close to 2 large supermarkets and the swimming pool (everything was within walking distance). Some restaurants near the apartment including the Pep's restaurant with excellent value for money. The pool is very large and supervised. Private underground parking. The apartment is well equipped and the L-shaped terrace allows you to eat and hang out the laundry without worries. The residence is quiet although it is very large. The fruit and vegetable market, twice a week, is right across from the apartment, so no need to stock up and plan too many errands. The seaside resort is very clean, and only Spaniards, we saw very few foreign tourists. There is also a gas station on the corner, as well as a bakery. Maria is very nice, and responds quickly to questions.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The hosts are incredibly helpful, always responded quickly to questions and were immediately available when there was an issue – really great service. The apartment was very clean and super equipped. We found it particularly positive that there was replacement bed linen – a real plus. There was everything you needed to feel comfortable. The apartment has a nice terrace where you can relax well, and the location is quiet yet well connected. We were there with two small children and it worked wonderfully. The only downside: electricity can be quite expensive for longer stays. Although we tried to be economical, we ended up having to pay over 70 euros extra – this should be kept in mind when planning.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

We loved this accommodation! Pilar is a spectacular host, always attentive. The apartment was spotless and with many nice touches from the host, coffee, milk, water, chocolates... A beautiful house, tastefully decorated, comfortable. The residential development is also great, parking space, swimming pool, garden areas and tranquility. Add to all this a 5-minute walk to the beach and next to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Pilar also recommended a couple of places to eat and shop that came in very handy. A place to go back to without a doubt!!! Thanks Pilar!!!

We were there for my nephews wedding. Wifried's condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. He meet us at checkin and at check out. Absolutely beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time , Emilio's place is really warm,cozy,very clean with everything you need in it. The pool and sea were so good , access to the sea close by. The lovely neighborhood,very polite. Puçol is a very quiet , peaceful little corner. For those who would like more entertainment or larger beaches,we were in Valencia which is 30 m from Puçol which is very lively. I recommend Emilio's place 100%,can't wait to come back!!! Thanks again to Emilio.

We had a great time in Valencia! Listing was as described, clean and very nice. The owners were super welcoming, always available and very proactive. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and were flexible about the check-out time, which was very nice. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!
