Very bright and spacious apartment with beautiful chic bohemian decor that makes you feel very good there. The residence is located in a beautiful wooded setting, you can enjoy the view of the park in all the rooms without forgetting the beach which is 2 steps away in a very attractive area. We have plenty of storage and very comfortable bedding. Small downside a random internet as well as the absence of an elevator. Laetitia is a charming host, easily reachable and we appreciated her flexibility for check-in and check-out which contributed to a very pleasant stay ☺

Apartment a short walk to the beach. The pool table was greatly appreciated. Well-equipped kitchen and accommodation compliant with photos. Be careful with the wooden floor that squeaks, it can bother some who are light sleepers. I totally recommend it.

2nd stay at Mickael's for the holiday season. Very satisfied with the stay with the little more nice work in the bathroom and a beautiful coffee maker. Great host, I recommend.

Very nice stay. Very complete house with many accessories. The garden is beautiful, on several levels. He is all around the house and was very convenient for our dog who could stretch out at will. The weather was not nice but the rental partially compensated for this inconvenience. A significant plus: the fact of arriving and leaving without a very specific time thanks to the key code box! Dominique is a perfect host. Very responsive of course, but also very pleasant and concerned for the well-being of the people staying. The accommodation is ideally located for cruising in the region (Quimiac, Le Croisic, Guérande, La Baule...). The distribution of the rooms is well thought out and the terraces with each a different orientation allow you to enjoy the rays of the sun at any time of day. For sure, for our next stay, we will come back to Dominique's place

Very nice house in a very good location. We had a lovely stay with the family. Good communication with Jocelyne, we enjoyed finding a small tray with some sweets on our arrival.

We came for the 2nd time, because we liked the charm of this vacation home for our cousinade last year. The location is ideal, you can see the sea from the bedrooms. We enjoyed the new, more spacious fridge! Thanks to Sylvie for hosting us and for her help with a technical problem in the toilets. Although the bedding and garden furniture could be modernized, this house is really recommended! Excellent stay!

We have nothing to complain about, cool house, well equipped and with a lot of space for young and old.

We had a great time with the family at Jean and Yann's house. A nice little holiday home in which you feel at home, in the village of Batz sur mer and close to the beach and beautiful places that we were able to discover by bike. A real peaceful haven in which we'll be back with pleasure. Yann hosted us very warmly, thank you again!

We had a great stay, the apartment is conveniently located near the beach and shops with stunning views of the port of Pouliguen. In addition, we greatly appreciated that this accommodation is also well equipped for our baby and for cooking (which is very rare for a summer rental). We will be back!!
