Relax in this 55 m2 air-conditioned contemporary home. On the 5th (elevator) and top floor, it has a view of the pine trees and the sea. Its exposure allows you to have the sun on the back in the morning and on the terrace in the afternoon and evening, it's great! Parking space in the closed parking lot. 8 min walk to the center.
