We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's apartment. The veranda overlooking the garden is a very pleasant space, the layout and decoration of the whole accommodation are really well thought out. In short, a zen and relaxing haven of peace. The beaches and the coastal path are five minutes away from the house, so is the supermarket. A perfect place to rest and clear your head. Véronique is very accommodating and we were able to leave 30 minutes after the agreed time. The cottage is close to the Chateau du Deffay (wedding venue) and in line with the photos and description. Only thing to know: the shower and toilet are each in a recess of the bedroom by the bed. So avoid for a young relationship 😊

Very nice accommodation, spacious. There were 10 of us, including 4 children. Everyone had their own space, in the heart of Prefailles and a few meters from the ocean. We really liked the accommodation. I recommend it

Lovely outdoor area to eat and a great heated swimming pool. the massive gardens/woodlands to walk in, along with a pond/lake that you can take a boat out on was lovely. would love to go back

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.
