Hyvin varusteltu, hyvällä maulla sisustettu valoisa uusi kaksio aivan kauppakeskus Puuvillan vieressä. Asunnon sijainti on hyvin keskeinen mutta kuitenkin ilman liikenteen melua. Keskustaan n.1km, Kirjurinluotoon 900m. Huoneistossa on kaikki tarvittavat kodinkoneet sekä kuivaava pyykinpesukone. Parivuode ja kahden hengen vuodesohva. Tarvittaessa käyttöön saa lisäksi varavuoteen yhdelle. Huoneistossa 55 tuumainen TV, radio ja Wifi/valokuitu. Viihtyisä patio pihakalusteineen ja autopaikka pihassa.

Beautifully renovated flat by the sea

The area of Uniluoto is an unique place with old wooden houses surrounded by the Baltic Sea, and in the middle my modern beautiful flat. 100 meters from the flat there is a sandy beach and a bit further another beach for dogs, and Yyteri only 4 km away. A short walk away is Kallo with its lighthouse, rocks and cafe Until July the property is self service based as I'm abroad for medical treatment. So, the price is reduced from 99 € to 69 € for each day, but everyone should clean after themselves

House was built in 1952 by my grandparents. It is located in vicinity of Lake Pyhäjärvi. It is excellent place to calm down and rest for a while in midst of spacious yard and garden by yourself or with family. Your pets are welcome too. Please notice that there is no shower in the house. Sauna and woodheated waterpot are for bathing purpose in oldschool Finnish way. You can save money by bringing own duvet cover sets or rent them for 10€/person. We got pillows and blankets for you.

Yyterin rannoille muutama kilometri, Mäntyluotoon ja Kallon kallioille 5 min ajomatka. Meri-Porin monet lintuharrastajan kohteet muutaman minuutin matkan päässä. Reposaari samoin. Porin keskustaan 10 minuutin matka omalla autolla, linja-auto kulkee puolen tunnin välein. Oma autopaikka talon piha-alueella.

Melinda was super friendly, had tips for us, communication was very easy and even had little treats for us in the apartment. We felt very welcomed. the apartment is clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Just a few steps to the beach and there are a lot of things to see in the area. so if you are ever around I can totally recommend staying here.

Katherine on ystävällinen, ymmärtäväinen ja joustava. Asunto puhdas, siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Sijainti on mitä parhain, kävelymatkan päässä kaikki nähtävyydet. Asunnossa tuulettimet mutta kuumalla ilmalla se ei ihan riitä viilennykseen. Palaan kyllä tänne, ehdottomasti.

The house was amazing, really regretted that I did not book it longer. My two daughters (12-14) loved it an now want to move to 🇫🇮. Great hiking in the area, plenty of things in Yyteri, and restaurants like Holy Smoke are the best! Ville is a super host, very responsive and friendly, keen to make your stay fantastic.

Vietin joulun perheeni kanssa maaseudun rauhassa. Avara yhteinen tila keittiö+ruokailu ja olohuone ruoan laittoon ja seurusteluun. Keittiössä hyvät koneet kokkailuun. Löytyi myös hyvin tilaa omiin lepohetkiin. Erillinen saunatupa ja poreamme olivat kovassa käytössä. Kokonaisuus toimi hienosti!
