Nice village house in the heart of the village.

Welcome to this family accommodation close to all shops and amenities, town center, not far from the GR34 customs trail and 3 km from the beach of Petit Havre and 4 km from the port of Binic. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with good bedding, including a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom. (3 toilets and 2 shower rooms). Guests can enjoy a small 8 m2 courtyard and a beautiful 20 m2 south-facing terrace that is not overlooked. A folding baby bed will be at your disposal if needed.

Breton farmhouse full of character, by the sea

Our longhouse is 2km from the beaches of the Baie de St-Brieuc, in the heart of the Côtes d 'Armor. It dates back to the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2023 with care. Its large garden of more than 1000m2 is located in a natural environment, in absolute calm and close to the sea (2km), including the beautiful Rosaries beach and the seaside resort of Binic. This family longhouse is the ideal place for holidays or weekends with friends for a quiet stay guaranteed.

The 1880 Breton farmhouse is very close to the sea and at the foot of a pretty wood. Ideal location for this 100 m2 house, with 3 bedrooms, completely renovated in 2021. You will enjoy its calm and direct proximity to the sea, the GR 34, the forest and the highways. You can relax either on its very bright veranda, on its terrace or in its 500 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. Shops located 18 minutes' walk away, bus stop nearby. Located in the pretty village of Pordic, small townhouse, with lots of charm, completely renovated in 2021. 200 meters from all amenities, nice little weekly market on Friday morning in Pordic and large summer market on Thursday in Binic. The house is 3 km from the beaches of Pordic with direct access to the GR 34 trail. -5 min to Pordic Beach - 5 minutes from Binic Beach -10 min from Plérin Rosaries Beach. Large free parking located less than 50 m from the accommodation.

This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.

Very pleasant stay in Cécile's house! Her place is perfectly suited to a small group of 3-4 people, everything is thought out for the comfort of its hosts, with a attention to detail to make the house “inhabited” and warm. We really appreciated the care of the different spaces and decoration, bed linen in particular. We did not lack anything, every little item needed for the stay being provided and accessible. Like the house of the house, Cécile is an available, attentive and flexible host.

The accommodation is all on one level... it's even nicer in real life than in the photos. Spacious and closed site: ideal with children Lots of materials and equipment available. Nothing was missing! We spent ten days at Marie's in Pordic. Ideally located for us, halfway between Saint-Malo and Perros-Guirec, "l'Effet Mer" is a welcoming Breton house, quiet, on a small street at the end of the village. The private garden, surrounded by rich vegetation, is a haven of peace. Marie provided us with a lot of information before we arrived and had prepared several welcome gifts for us. "L'Effet Mer" is a perfectly renovated traditional house, arranged on two levels, pleasantly decorated, very clean and functional, with recent amenities. Marie is a "Superhost" who listens to her tenants, and with whom we had a lot of fun chatting!
