It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. It also has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.

It also benefits from it’s own private driveway (parking for 1 medium sized car) - If you have a large car, or want to bring a 2nd car, the council car park is just a 2 minute walk away, located on CASTLE Street. The house benefits from 2 outside spaces-Private Courtyard & Roof Terrace.
