The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

Gyri Villa, overlooking Vasiliki bay

Villa Gyri is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

High aesthetics -two floor apartment

Maisonette with four bedrooms and three bathrooms . On the lower floor is the one bedroom with the double bed, the office, the kitchen , a very spacious living room with two sofa corners , the bathroom with the washing machine and a large bathtub and the balcony. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double bed, and the other bunk bed with two single beds and two bathrooms both with showers . The apartment is on the top floor of a pension 50 meters from the beach.

Our place is close to family activities, windsurfing, beach, garden. You'll love my place because of the cozy ambience, the view, and the location. My place is good for couples and families. The accommodation is 40m from the beach and offers views of the garden, the sea and the mountain. Free Wi-Fi, parking and sun loungers for the beach are also provided. There are many activities in the surrounding area and we encourage you to try windsurfing.
