House vacation rentals in Ponte de Lima

Our stay at the lemon farm was incredible. The ponies are so friendly and add so much character to the overall experience. We were lucky to get the weather to enjoy the natural dipping pool & the peaceful surroundings. Top tips when staying - must have a car and use jorge’s recommendations for supermarkets etc near you. Highly recommend taking up the offer for breakfast & the sausage platter, made our experience feel luxurious. Will definitely be back!!

I had a fantastic stay. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Location was with beautiful views. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Portugal and would love to come back again in the future!

Sehr gut gepflegte Unterkunft, mit wunderschönem Panoramaausblick. Keine direkten Nachbarn - es war sehr ruhig. Das Dorf ist total süss, ein Spaziergang lohnt sich. Wir haben sogar wilde Pferde und freilaufende Stiere gesehen. Ein Auto ist definitiv ein Muss, da sonst schwer zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Rosa war einwandfrei und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Gerne wieder :)

We stayed at Luís' placec as a group of 6 people over a weekend and we were blown away by it! We have used AirBnB as a group for weekend stays for many years now and this might have been the best house we've been to yet. Clean, extremely spacious (more adequate for around 10 people, really), nice pool, with plenty of amenities and little bonuses (such as the very nice small "locker room" by the pool and the small yard surrounding it). The house is fully equipped with the essentials, the WiFi reaches every room and the appliances are modern and well-kept (save for the TV but it's still nice and more than good enough). We had a lovely stay, a great check-in (Ângela was very nice and warm, made sure we got to know the house well) and we definitely want to return in the near future!

Deuxième fois que nous venons à Casas de Selim. Les prestations sont du haut de gamme en terme de mobilier, literie et propreté. L'environnement est calme et paisible. Si nous devons relouer au Portugal se sera à Casas de Selim 😉

Huset levede fuldt ud op til billederne. Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk, fredelig og med uforlignelig udsigt til Douro, og sejladsen på floden og det gamle tog, der kører på modsatte bred. Servicen fra Gabriella og Sephi var helt enestående, vi blev guidet op ad den stejle vej til huset første gang af Gabriella. Fin service, når man bor i et fladt land som Danmark. Og Sephi forklarede os om sin vingård fra terrassen med den allerbedste udsigt til Douro. Vi satte meget pris på begge værters hjælpsomhed.

A gem of a place to stay! Bárbara was an amazing host. The fresh bread each morning was a yummy bonus!

Apartamento era limpo, organizado e com muito aconchego me senti em casa. Achei bem equipado com o que precisamos para um fim de semana. A área externa é sem dúvida o melhor ambiente, muita sombra, e tem uma cachoeira pequena bem ao lado da propriedade . Voltarei em breve , e indico muito o lugar .

Vi blev väldigt vänligt bemötta av Maritza och hennes man när vi kom på kvällen. Det helrenoverade, gamla stenhuset ligger på en vacker innergård där det var en njutning att sitta både morgon och kväll. Väldigt lugnt och tryggt. Allt är städat och fräscht och helt enkelt underbart. Huset ligger i den gamla delen av samhället men på promenadavstånd från stranden. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta fina boende.

We were quite shocked at how beautiful Paulo’s farm is. My wife and I were more than pleasantly surprised as how expectations were well exceeded. Paulo’s home is on the property but up the hill away from the rental. The pool and pool house are near their house but it still feels very private and comfortable. Paulo was extremely accommodating, gave great recommendations and make us feel more like his personal guests rather than just a normal rental. He checked in occasionally via message to see if we had everything we needed. It was very clear that great pride in the rental and farm was taken. Everything seemed well thought out, and we really appreciated the care the was taken in making us feel special and at him. It was by far the best rental experience we’ve had over the years.

We had the most wonderful month-long stay at this beautiful home in Portugal. The house itself is stunning—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully equipped for cooking at home. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful break away from the city. It’s calm and quiet, yet only 20–30 minutes by car to some absolutely charming towns nearby—great for day trips and exploring the area. The hosts were absolutely lovely—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we unexpectedly had some car trouble, they went out of their way to help us get things sorted quickly, which we really appreciated. All in all, this was a truly fantastic experience and we’re already looking forward to coming back if we’re in Portugal next year. Highly, highly recommended..!

A casa é muito confortável, ambiente mto agradável e a limpeza impecável. O espaço exterior convida às refeições ao ar livre com umas vistas maravilhosas. Usufruindo de tranquilidade e sossego. A estadia foi muito agradável e a D Rosa foi muito simpática e prestável. Todos os dias tivemos surpresas e miminhos da D Rosa. As crianças adoraram visitar o pomar e ficaram encantados com tanta fruta. Divertiram se imenso na piscina. Recomendo! Experiência a repetir sem dúvida.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. This location and AirBnB was the highlight of our time in Portugal. Theres lots of beautiful scenery to explore and lots of poolside relaxation to be had. We were sad to go!

We had an amazing stay! The location is beautiful & so peaceful. Close enough to Porto, while providing a nice escape from the busy city. Francisca was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even extending herself to a few surprises that made our stay extra special. I will miss having breakfast outside with the beautiful view of the valley neighborhood. Hope to have an opportunity to visit again. Would recommend to anyone visiting Portugal!

Thank you Tania for our amazing stay in Fafião!! We immediately felt at home and loved ever single thing. The guest book and Pin wall where all previous guests could leave their "personal message" was such a nice addition! The surroundings are beautiful (especially as seen from the jacuzzi ;)), and the local bars/restaurants/stores are run by the kindest people. Every single time we needed help, Tania responded immediately and with very detailed and useful answers! In case you are looking for a "remote" location where you can enjoy hiking during the day and relaxing at night, this really is the place for you. Once again thank you Tania for your hospitality, will definitely recommend you to anyone who wants to explore Peneda-Gerês :)

La casa es muy comoda y muy amplia. Luminosa. Está muy bien equipada, sobre todo la cocina. Se aparca en el propio alojamiento sin cargo adicional. Tiene una terraza grande con barbacoa. El pueblo es muy bonito y tranquilo. Se puede ir al centro dando un paseo. Hay varios supermercados en el pueblo. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amables. Si volvemos a esta zona repetiremos el alojamiento!

Die Wohnung war die bestausgestattete Ferienwohnung die wir jemals hatten. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts.Das Frühstück war großartig, der kleine Garten sehr ruhig und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

La maison de Cidalia était très bien pour deux couples, très bien placée à la campagne, pour visiter la région du Minho, et le contact avec ses parents qui habitent à coté, très sympathique ! El sitio es precioso y la atención de Diana increíble, se sintió como estar en casa

A casa é tal como descrita, a piscina é maravilhosa, tal como a vista. É muito calmo e sem dúvida uma estadia para relaxar e aproveitar a piscina que é bastante espaçosa para um casal. Estava tudo muito limpo e havia várias toalhas à disposição. O anfitrião Sr. Vitor sempre se mostrou muito prestável e simpático para connosco. Recomendo sem dúvida se procurar uns momentos relaxantes.

Desde a casa absolutamente extraordinária , à paisagem que parece vinda de um filme, ao senhor Manuel que nos deixou sem palavras de tão amigável e querido que é. Não há melhor sítio que este para descansar, e saímos a pensar no momento de voltar. As fotografias não fazem juz ao local, de todo… Casa muito espaçosa, ficámos num T1 e sobrou imenso espaço, bem decorada, muito moderna, com um espaço exterior incrível, é simplesmente mágico ir à varanda e só ouvirmos os passarinhos. Obrigada Lúcia e obrigada ao senhor Manuel, que tornou esta estadia fantástica e a desejar o regresso!
