I had an excellent stay in this apartment near UEPG in Uvaranas. The location is super practical, especially for those who have commitments at the university. The environment is very well cared for, clean and organized, you can see the affection in every detail. Rosi was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to help with anything. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, tranquility and great service. I'll definitely be back!

Loved our stay! All clean, organized... The very polite and friendly hostess. The town hall that won me in this stay was the care that Dona Celia had with us. We went with two kids. One of ten years and one of 7 months. The hostess asked me the age of the children and we arrived had toy for the children and a bathtub! 🥰

The apartment is really beautiful, just like in the photos, very clean and organized, I had easy access to the place, basically I liked the place a lot and I intend to return more often because it was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Another point I'd like to make is that the TV had some bugs, like making a noise and turning off by itself, but you could still watch it lol But otherwise everything was perfect, I really recommend this place.

Throughout my stay, Eduardo has always provided me with all the necessary support, from check in, to check out, Super considerate, left me with no doubt about anything. I recommend the apartment , as it is close to a gym, a supermarket, and especially a bakery that is on the same street. Excellent Location.

Great value for money, safe location and all custom-made furniture, very good. And another point we liked was that the condominium has an autonomous 24-hour market, so you don't need to leave the condominium for quick shopping

The house is very beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. We didn't need to bring anything other than toiletries and clothes, as there were blankets and pillows available. We went to an event, and Renan was extremely attentive, allowing a flexible check-in. I would like to highlight the refrigerator freezer, which is excellent! The house was impeccably clean and very smelling. It has a cozy charm that reminds me of my grandmother's house, which made me feel right at home. I recommend it!
