We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

A great stay, the property and the surroundings are beautiful. If you are looking for the greatest calm and great nature, then you have found it. Pierre is a true host for the welcome, the stay and the departure. A person who is very sensitive to your needs. In short, a perfect place!!!

Just arrived home from a lovely peaceful week away. The house had everything we needed and a fabulous cinema room. Very strong WiFi too. Some lovely restaurants in the village, 3 bakeries, butchers and well stocked supermarket. Paris is 2 stops on the train from chantilly and all day parking at the station cost just under €7. Beautifully chateau in chantilly to explore and lots of Brocantes nearby

Christophe was a responsive and attentive host. The house is extremely cozy. The bathrooms and toilets in each bedroom, upstairs, are a big advantage. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful weekend with colleagues in Thomas's house. Everything was perfect: -The exchanges with the host very responsive and concerned about our comfort. -SELFcheck-in. -The huge, clean and quiet house, with an exterior conducive to relaxation( swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong). -The bedding is very comfortable. - Recommended places nearby. I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality that Caroline gave us in her beautiful home. We were truly delighted by the experience in her home. The house is simply splendid and I am still amazed by the refined decor and attention to details in every room. The spa and sauna were a real joy. The pool is also a major asset and we felt like we were in a peaceful retreat. An even more special experience thanks to Caroline's kindness and attention. Smile and kindness really brightened our stay. A short but unforgettable stay. We will keep a wonderful memory of this meeting.

Parents, children, grandparents, we had a pleasant 10-day stay at Jean's house. It is large, pleasant, lots of space where everyone can find their little refuge if needed. Jean is a welcoming host, very available in case of difficulty and responds quickly to the slightest concern. The train station is a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to get to Paris thanks to very frequent trains. Our Navigo Pass (a little publicity for SNCF) allowed us to visit Paris far and wide. After a good day of fatigue from going up and down the stairs of the metro, superb bedding awaits you at the house to "attack" the next day. If you like this house you can select it with confidence. Thanks to Jean for allowing us to spend these few days with family.

What a wonderful stay we had 😀 we were a family of 7 attending a family wedding in Paris. Perrine & Nico's home is just beautiful. Its like being inside an interior design book, stunning. We were 5 adults, one 13 year old and a 3 year old and there was lots of space for us all to be very comfortable, all the bedrooms were really comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed sitting around the lovely big table eating and playing games, we found Mexican Train which is a favourite of our family. There was lots of toys for our little one to play with. There is also a lovely terrace to sit out in when the weather is good. Perrine and Nico are so lovely, friendly and welcoming. We thank them for trusting us with their beautiful home. A huge thank you from us all. ❤️

We rented this Airbnb for an EVJF, and it was a great experience! No parties inside, but certainly no boredom. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well-equipped for a good time. Between foosball, the basketball basket, the football field, the trampoline, the pool, the barbecue and even Netflix for relaxing evenings, everyone finds their happiness. Sonia is an exceptional host, responsive and very attentive. The hosting was perfect. I had read a few reviews about surveillance cameras, but I want to clarify that we're definitely not filmed. The villa is simply connected and well equipped which really facilitates the stay. I will be back without hesitation, whether with friends or family. I recommend this Airbnb 100%. Thank you to Sonia and her husband for their kindness and hospitality!

We spent a few nice days in Paris and were warmly welcomed by Nabila and Salim at the beginning. Communication in advance and during the stay went very well. The house is perfect for a small family and is in a very quiet side street. Perfect for a getaway - despite proximity to the metropolis. The pool invites you to cool off. A very clean and fenced complex and absolutely private. That was great. We will be happy to come back any time.

Very friendly hosts who live in the house next door. Beautiful surroundings and the house has everything you need for a long or short stay. Nice touch of fresh tomatoes, home made jam and a local beer left. Gave information on local things to do and see and where the local shops were. Added bonus of a lovely pool . The only thing to note on this is it is in the hosts part of the garden, although they were very discreet and were not around when we used the pool. Would recommend this house and the area. Communication on Airbnb is not with the hosts but they will deal with you when you arrive.

Very functional and nicely decorated house. Communication with Lynda was very easy. Lynda made our stay much easier for us. Highly recommend Lynda's house. However, although we warned the day before we arrived about a technical problem with the pool heating, we remain disappointed by the unheated pool.

Great House, responsive and available host, great stay

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) We had the most wonderful stay at Morgane’s place! Great location, spacious house, well-equipped kitchen and just the most lovely garden. It worked perfectly for our group, and Morgane’s flexibility and quick messaging was really appreciated. Definitely stay here if you’re looking!
