Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Located on the beach and 5mn walk from city center, our house can accommodate up to 8 people (*) Enjoy the beach and the terrasse (fully equiped) Ground floor: one large room with living room and kitchen 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 2 up to 4 single beds. Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)

You'll love my accommodation for A haven of peace in a horse farm, nestled in a beautiful countryside; a few kilometres from the seaside and less than two hours from Paris. My accommodation is close to the beach and activities suitable for families. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
