Ideal for a short stay in the heart of Auxois. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building. Very bright and quiet, it overlooks a small enclosed common courtyard. My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

La Maison Coq is located in the historic center of Semur-en-Auxois, 120 m from the Collegiate Church. In addition to the owners' home, it has three independent lodgings (Le Petit Poulailler, Pinot Noir and Grand Ordinaire). Le Petit Poulailler, a 35 m² micro-house on two levels, is the most cozy of them. Warning: in winter, the indoor temperature peaks at 19°.
