Attention to details that I did not expect, such as: excellent books available for reading, coffee powder, sugar, spices, cleaning products, mineral water for consumption and a list of appliances to be the envy of any home, such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, electric kettle, induction stove, incredible! Excellent smart TV, super fast Wi-Fi, several impeccable and fragrant bath and face towels. Mattress, pillows, linens, blankets, all impeccable and top quality! The place is peaceful, with lots of silence and birds singing! A delight. Hot water with a lot of pressure in the shower and all the faucets, even in the kitchen sink! Sensational. Super fast automatic gate. Two air conditioners with heating, a delight!

Carlos was very helpful from the first contact. I went with my baby and he left a crib made up next to the bed, even without me asking. Showers, bathroom, faucets, internet, everything working perfectly. Very good bed and bath linens available. The house is beautiful, large, super clean and organized. We went as two families with children and felt at home. The neighborhood is classy and very close to downtown and everything we did around the city. As the house is on a hill, it is advisable to have a car available. I loved the stay and when I return to Pomerode I will stay in the same place! Indico with eyes closed!!! Thank you Carlos! The apartment is very good, better than in the photos, very beautiful, smelling, all new and very clean. We only found Neide on the way out, but she left the impeccable apartment to welcome us, smells and still left pampering and toiletries to use.
