Want to visit Jærstrendene? Or are you going to fish salmon in Håelva? At the cabin in Nærland you can find tranquility, watch the bird life, stroll down to the beach or have a BBQ in the garden. There are seating areas on several sides of the cabin and a barbecue area with a fire pit. There is a spacious living room and dining room, and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed with a lower part of 120 cm, upper part 90 cm. Sofa bed in living room no. 2 (140 cm). Plenty of parking space. Running water, power and internet. 4 bicycles can be borrowed.

It is a short drive to beautiful Jærstrender and in the opposite direction to hiking areas on Høg-jæren. It is about 30 min by car or train to Stavanger city center. It is also about 20 min drive to Kongeparken.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

The apartment is new in 2020 and contains a living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. There is both sleeping space and dining table space for four. Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.

Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in rural surroundings just by the sea and the beautiful Jærkysten. We have spent the winter of 2021 renovating the old cabin that has been here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy their stay here at Brekkekanten as much as we do.
