"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

A rustic house very well conserved and refurbished. The house is big and spacious, with a beautiful garden ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style, with attention to detail in every corner. The ceilings are high with wooden beams, an open concept, a loft with an open kitchen and a mezzanine room with a low height, and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time it has all the modern comforts, to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It has a Balinese bed, private pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, and heating. We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
