200 sqm vacation home, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm property. 1.4 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach.  Sleeping quarters: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. Residential house: Large living area, clay oven, sauna, dining table, kitchen island, as well as terrace and garden. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it from the past on Usedom: tall beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.

Tiny Lebehn House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and location of windows are original (low above the ground). Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden and a wooden terrace. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. No female dogs in season, please. No EV charging facility. Plant based meals are served (each €12) - English breakfast and evening meal.

Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

The property is located in the Natura 2000 area, and an 8 km bicycle path leads to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.
