Drogi Gościu, każdy z naszych apartamentów przygotowujemy tak jak sami chcielibyśmy mieszkać, podróżować lub odpoczywać. Nigdy nie korzystamy z gotowych rozwiązań, a co za tym idzie wszystko co widzisz zaprojektowaliśmy sami. Moja żona z zamiłowaniem oddaje się projektowaniu wnętrz, szuka materiałów i mebli, dba o każdy detal. To mieszkanie jest wyjątkowe. Ma swoją 100 letnią historię- pierwsze wzmianki o budynku sięgają końca XIX wieku, dokumenty mówią o 1928 roku budowy. Kamienica przetrwała obie Wojny Światowe i pełniła ważną funkcję w czasie obrony stolicy, dlatego też zadbaliśmy o wyeksponowanie oryginalnej cegły. Chcieliśmy stworzyć miejsce, w którym każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i będzie czuł się dobrze. Wygodne łóżka, sofa, duża funkcjonalność przestrzeni zapewniają zarówno komfort jak również dobre warunki do pracy, czy odpoczynku. Nie zabrakło technologii: szybkiego internetu wi-fi ( światłowód ), telewizorów SMART oraz systemu, który pozwala na Self Check-in- zintegrowany dostęp za pomocą kodu. Dzięki takiemu rozwiązaniu masz pewność, że nikt poza Tobą nie ma dostępu do mieszkania, a kod dostępu, który otrzymałeś Drogi Gościu jest tylko na czas Twojej rezerwacji. Tutaj miasto nigdy nie śpi i każdy znajdzie dla siebie coś magicznego w tętniącej życiem Warszawie. Parking. Parking publiczny płatny w godzinach 8-18 od poniedziałku do piątku. Druga opcja parkowania, to podziemny parking Centrum Handlowego Złote Tarasy. Wejściem do Złotych Tarasów od ulicy Złotej najszybciej dostaniesz się w podziemia Dworca Centralnego. Wychodząc z kamienicy kieruj się w prawo. Po ok 30m, za salonem szycia na miarę jest wejście do pasażu przez obrotowe drzwi. Po drugiej stronie zobaczysz wejście do Złotych Tarasów. Ważne. Drzwi do mieszkania otwiera się za pomocą kodu. Po naciśnięciu kombinacji cyfr usłyszysz sygnał dźwiękowy- wtedy możesz nacisną klamkę i wejść do środka. Po zamknięciu drzwi zamek automatycznie zarygluje drzwi. Dzieje się tak za każdym razem. Mimo wszystko sprawdź proszę po każdym wyjściu z mieszkania, czy drzwi są zamknięta. Kod dostępu, który otrzymasz jest jednorazowy, wygenerowany tylko na czas Twojej rezerwacji. Zapamiętaj ten kod, ale również zapisz. Pamiętaj. W razie jakichkolwiek problemów zawsze możesz do mnie zadzwonić.

Sit amongst trendy throw pillows on a modern chaise sofa for post-supper drinks. If apartment shows up in searching results it means it's available. You can book it at very short notice and you will be able to check in straight away. Even if it's midnight :) Apartment can accommodate up to 9 people. 8 in 3 bedrooms, 1-2 on the sofa in the leaving room. It is equipped with new high quality mattresses, bed linen and towels. Kitchen has everything you may need. There are 2 bathrooms. Whole flat is air-conditioned. I provide pocket Wi-Fi so that you can enjoy internet everywhere, no matter where you are - in the city centre, lost in Nowa Huta, going to Auschwitz, etc. You can connect up to 10 devices to it. Battery lasts for 7-8 hours. In the bathrooms you will find handsoap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer and towels at your disposal. All mattress', bedding, towels are brand new and very high quality. Kitchen is fully equipped and it will fit few chefs ;) stovetop, oven, electric grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron. All pots, plates and other utensils needed to prepare tasty meal. In addition olive oil, spices, salt, sugar, teas, coffee pads and dishwasher tablets are provided. I have very individual approach to every single guest :) Set in the trendy enclave of Kazimierz, the apartment is steps away from Jewish cultural and historic sites like the Żydowskie Muzeum Galicja. Pay a visit to the 14th-century Wawel Royal Castle, then walk to one of the nearby Polish restaurants. Next to the apartment there is a tram stop that you should get off while going from the main railways station if you wish to experience a tram ride. Bus stop it's 5 min walk. If driving a car, unfortunately parking in the whole district is payable from 10 am to 8 am and not too many parking spaces available but, no worries I can arrange parking just let me know in advance.Little bit about the apartment itself. The apartment is customizable with up to 3 beds. 34m2 True, not a big apartment, but it can easily accomodate 3 people. The studio is adaptable to guests needs. If you are not a couple, there can be two seperate beds! Or... It can be a large double 160/200 bed if you are a couple! Or... There can be an extra, for a third person! (Yes! It is quite comfortable!) Or... If you have a small child, a baby crib can be arranged! There is a small balcony, where you can relax. There is a separate kitchen. There is an underground parking spot available (PLEASE inform me at least a day erlier should you need it!) I offer the whole apartment just for you. You will have a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and a bedroom, with double bed, at your disposal. I live next door, so if necessary I can assist you in anything you may need. If you are here for shightseeing purposes, I will be happy to tell you what to see where to go... If you are here for a business meeting, I can tell you an ETA to the place you need to go... Since the apartment is close to the airport, I can pick you up from, or drive you to the airport if necessary! The apartment building is located in Warszawa, Mazowieckie, a short walk from the famous Służewiec Racetrack. It's the place to be for horse lovers every weekend. A quick drive leads to a mall with cinema or Warsaw Chopin Airport. Bus stop is 5 minutes away. City railway station is 10 minutes away. ... Plus I am here, I will assist you to get anywhere you like! The only inconvenience is that there is a construction of new apartments just next to the one I owe, but... the work is done from 7:00a.m. till 6p.m. and the truth is with windows closed you can barely hear it...

A modern, 100-meter, two-posite apartment in the heart of Old Prague, near the Royal Castle,Warsaw ZOO and the center. The apartment consists of: a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a dressing room, a staircase, a storage room, and a balcony. We have additional sleeping places for our guests: sofa in the living room, hotel extra bed called One, travel crib. total we can host 6-7 adults. We're committed to high standards and cleanliness. In addition, we have all the necessary accessories for infants such as: travel crib, potty, baby bath, high chair, kitchenware, rubber reusable bib , play for the little ones, as well as toys and books. The apartment is entirely for rent, there are no owner's belongings left in it. Guests can use: washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, tea, coffee, sugar, salt / pepper. Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, pots, towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. Depending on guests preference, I can greet guests in person or leave keys for them. The apartment is located in the center of the old Prague, not far from the center. We have everything at your fingertips: pharmacy - 50 meters, grocery store - 50 meters, to the restaurant - 20 meters (bistro under owls, world management center, bazaar, divine Italian - all these places are famous for very good cuisine), large shopping center - 400 meters, to the national stadium about 800 meters. The apartment is 4 min walk from the metro, trams and buses and only 1 stop by tram or metro to the center. The distance to the center is easy to walk, it takes about 15 minutes via the Silesian - Dąbrowski bridge. It is possible to order breakfast and dinner: the cost is 20 zł per person, the menu is set individually. At the request of the tenants, we can also do groceries and more, adding a processing fee of PLN 30.
