We arrived early in the morning, and Letty greeted us with such warmth — she even made us coffee to start the day! The view from the room is absolutely stunning, and it’s equipped with everything we could possibly need. What truly amazed us was that Letty made our bed and tidied up the room every single day — such a lovely surprise! The whole place feels incredibly cozy and full of heart. You can really tell that it’s hosted with 100% love, care, and attention to every detail. We felt so at home here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

The place is comfortable and is in an area where you can walk to several restaurants, cafes, and shops. I liked that at night it was peaceful and there was no traffic noise. The place is as described.

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

Carlos really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time in CDMX! Not only is his place well decorated and in a very walkable location, but it's private and secure. Having Cafe Nin (Panderia Rosetta) downstairs was so nice each morning and we very rarely had to uber to get where we needed to go. The interior decor felt very soho house and was such a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Looking forward to staying again when we're back in CDMX!

The location was perfect for us. Still local and gave a real feel of Mexico, lots of students and food. Gaby and Jaime were amazing and extremely helpful with any questions and very responsive! This place was beautiful I would love to come back.

it was a beautiful place to stay and rest. the pool area is amazing and also the coworkingspace does its job, but I worked mostly from the appartment as it was soooo comfortable. everything is there and I felt great. Just a bit pricey but if you wanna have luxury in MexicoCity you need to pay for it😅 i would stay there definitely again🤗

Fantastic Apartment, WiFi was a little slow. Television could be larger, Fantastic location....very safe, quiet neighborhood.

We had such a nice stay at Faby's place. Faby was super responsive in providing recommendations and answering all our questions. Check in was easy and we felt super safe with the doormen always present. Our only complaint was that the elevator was broken but this was out of Faby's control and she was super communicative with us regarding the status of the repairs. The apartment was super clean and had all the necessary ammenities. Great for a two person stay. Location was awesome for walking to Condensa, Roma Norte, and all the areas we wanted to see. Overall we really loved our apartment and would definitely return in the future.

We were with the family, the building is beautiful and its amenities are spectacular, the view from the pool to the incredible monument, the area is divine, many places of interest around. I would definitely go back.

This was our first time visiting Mexico City, and staying at Juan Cristobal’s place truly made us feel right at home. From the start, his communication was proactive, clear, and incredibly helpful—giving us the confidence to navigate the city with ease. The location is perfect, within walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops, and vibrant neighborhoods. We had an amazing time exploring the beautiful city and always felt comfortable coming back to a cozy, well-situated home base. I would absolutely recommend Juan Cristobal’s place and look forward to returning for more adventures! 🫶🏻

Wonderful place to stay, enjoyed the chic design and amenities that the apartment offer and surroundings, everything was perfect only thing was the men at work noise outside as there were busy construction work in a nearby building during the day but other than that, everything was just perfect.

A comfortable and private apartment ideal for relaxing, in a nice area with restaurants. A few blocks from the Angel of Independence. Excellent location if you come to sightsee since the area is very safe and several interesting points of the city are close to you.

If you are looking for a quiet, central place with everything you need to rest, this accommodation is your best option, Gaby was always kind and attentive, we would definitely book again.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with all the amenities available. It was very hot but it has an air cooler. The staircase is narrow but you can climb a medium suitcase without much trouble. The alley is very private and the entrance full of plants is beautiful.

I thought the accommodation was very good, Daniel is available to answer any questions. The only thing I didn't like at all is that there's no good ventilation and it gets hot, however there was a fan to cool me down Apart from that, everything was excellent. I recommend it if you are looking for something with an excellent quality, price and location in the center of Mexico City.

We had a wonderful stay at Edyta’s place. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and it was easy to walk wherever we needed to go. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable (we prefer a firmer mattress). Edyta went above and beyond to help us out the first night of our stay and we are so grateful for her help. If we visit Coyoacan again, we 100% would stay here!
