Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pokhara

I had an amazing time staying with Milan. Milan really makes sure you become a part of her family. They are warm and generous - happy to chat with you as much or as little as you want. I only stayed a few nights but feel I got to know them really well and hung out with them a lot. For a tourist, it’s a great way to experience Nepal and understand it better than you otherwise would. Milan provides two meals a day; one of these is a delicious dinner that is better than any Nepali food you can find in Pokhara’s restaurants! Milan’s homestay is located in the “real” Pokhara (i.e. where locals actually live), so it is ideal if you want to experience a true flavour of a Nepali city. Having said that, transport links to the more touristy lakeside are good: Milan’s family will always be happy to book you a taxi, you can take a direct bus, or download the excellent Patau app (a sort of Nepali Uber that offers taxis and cheaper scooters) if you have a Nepali SIM card. Milan has a washing machine which guests are free to use. This is ideal if you have a longish stay in Pokhara, or if you are going to/returning from a trek. Reliably hot showers are another bonus. The house itself and the room you will be staying are really nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend Milan’s homestay - I will never forget my time with her and hope to be back soon. Raj and Mantra have a very good hospitality. Its was my first time practicing yoga and they are very good teacher. If you want to practice yoga and meditation, they are the best in Pokhara. Thanks for all. I never forgot this moment with you !

I'm not usually one to write lengthy reviews, but my experience at Deu's place was so special that I wanted to convey just how grateful I am. I was lucky enough to do the Manaslu trek with a couple of friends and Deu was our guide. After the trek I then did a homestay at his house. it's difficult to convey just how genuinely warm, thoughtful, wise and generous Deu is. I have been very lucky to have travelled to many countries and received wonderful hospitality, but my experience of Deu's profound generosity of spirit takes the cake. The homestay itself was exactly what I was looking for - simple accommodation, experience of homecooking, interesting cultural insights, but most of all a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Also I couldn't recommend Deu highly enough as a very experienced guide for Manaslu, Annapurna, Everest Basecamp or other treks in Nepal. Ask him to show you his book of written reviews he has collected since the 90s! They are really heartfelt and touching.

Buddhi and Wendy were WONDERFUL hosts! I immediately felt welcomed in their secluded little garden home (which is beautiful). I was able to enjoy Nepali meals with them, sit by the fire with them and just relax. It was just the vacation I needed. I loved our many conversations and felt like we had been long-time friends, even after just a couple days. They were also so helpful in recommending places around Pokhara, traveling and paragliding! I would highly recommend a stay with Buddhi and Wendy. You will love everything about their home and them!

Perfect place to spend a few days. Very friendly and helping staff. Close to everything you need- Cute Vegan Restaurants and Coffees, Gift Shops where you can find almost everything from warm Clothes to daily basics... the Host provides amazing veggie food as well. I would definitely recommend this Accommodation!! - and I would also return to anything I am close by! If you like Yoga, Nature and the pure joy of Life- this spot would be may your place to be!

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Pokhara.

Owner was helpful flexibility in check-in. The room was at 5th floor need to use staircase. 2 Rooms with AC and 1 hall with kitchen, Sofa & Big TV. and two balconies access of rooftop. 2.5 km distance from lakeside. Power supply is frequently cuts. Recommended for long stay.

Jagadish (Hotel Spring) is a perfect place for a stay in Pokhara. Well located, clean, well organized. Especially, the team was always prompt to help, provide answers, assist for bookings. To be recommanded !

Laxman and his family welcomed us with open arms. We felt directly at home and enjoyed being in hidden paradise very much.

Hidden Paradise fully rises up to its name. Nestled in the hills surrounding Pokhara, it offers peace and a sweet escape from the noise of the town with spectacular scenery of the lake. It is a perfect place to recharge after a trekking, practice yoga or just chill in nature. The way to the nearest shops is walkable so it is not completely remote and makes place quite accessible. Just be mindful you need to climb a path for about 5 mins to get there but they can help you carry things up if you struggle. Overall, Laxman and his family were very welcoming and considerate, always following up on their guests and making sure they are comfortable and enjoy their time! I'd definitely come back and recommend this place for even a longer stay.

Renuka and her team truly deserve the title of Superhost. They are committed to providing great customer service. There were very welcoming and accommodating towards our special requests. The property was clean, food and breakfast was delicious and location was safe. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. They made out experience truly special.

Amazing place- everything is outstanding: the view, the hospitality, Fatima's food, the vibe... it is really one of a kind. What a luxury in nowdays world to be able to disconnect from frenzy, immerse in such devine nature and be surrounded by a pristine environment. Highly recommended to the adventurers and to anyone in search of peace. it is a life changing experience !

Bishnu and his wife are lovely hosts! Their place has a great location and the surrounding area is beautiful! They are extremely helpful with information about the area and also offered to let us keep our bags there while we went trekking. The breakfast is also delicious!

Very warm and welcoming host. He suggests things to do around and can arrange for things as well. So kind of him to drop us back at the airport especially when the weather was very bad. We loved the stay! Amazing place.

I enjoyed my conversations with him. Thupten’s Cultural and Trekking company, Tibetan Encounter, organised a trek to Annapurna Base Camp for me. The service was professional and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Thupten’s place to anyone who is visiting Pokhara. The location is perfect, and the room is cosy, clean, and comfortable.
