It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Welcome to Chez Nous, for your comfort everything you need is present. Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plancha... Linens and towels are included. on request we can make available an umbrella bed and high winery The house is located on the main street of the village with all shops (boulangerie, boucherie, restaurant, tabac, grocery...) within a 5-minute walk. Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the house or free on the street.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Maisons de Thiot, Loire Gîtes, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its guest house stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

Small 25 m2 house newly created in Urzy. It is located a 3-minute drive from Guérigny where all the shops are and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small single-storey house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 90 cm beds) and is located in a common courtyard. Large secure parking with intercom is just in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining lot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.

Au cœur d’une jolie campagne très vallonnée, dans un hameau à proximité de la ville de Nevers et des magnifiques bords de Loire , cette petite maison renvoie son atmosphère familiale naturelle que les voyageurs ressentent dès qu’ils y entrent …. Cette sensation de se sentir chez soi . Un petit voyageur de 9 ans , en revenant pour un 2nd séjour, commente à ses parents « c’est bon d’être de retour ! » 💕 objectif atteint !

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
