Cheerful and cozy central apartment

Apartment in the centre, on a pedestrian street, a stone's throw from the old town but quieter. Very bright as, except for the bathroom, it is all exterior with large windows, electric blinds and Venetian blinds. Perfect for getting to know the city on foot. There are three car parks around with reduced rates if you book in advance. Supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, gardens, the Abanca theatre, takeaway food shops, shops... all next to the apartment. Everyone praises its location.

The spacious living area features wooden beams that accentuate the sloped ceiling. Large windows with green frames allow natural light to enter, illuminating the comfortable seating arrangement and a rustic wooden table set for dining.

Our apartment is very spacious. It has a room with a double bed and bathroom included, a room with a double bed and another room with two beds of ninety centimeters each, it has a huge kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room and a living room. It can accommodate up to 6 people. We are in a very quiet place just a five-minute drive from the beaches and seven minutes from the city of Pontevedra. Sanxenxo is 15 minutes away.

Fine apartment, with Garaje, in the center of town

A beautiful 140 m2 in the center of Pontevedra. Part of a Racionalist building dating from the 40's this place was fully re-built and restaured in 2007 and has the best quality of equipment and materials. The place includes Parking and WIFI and is located at the center of town, a short walk will take you to the thriving old town, full of restaurants and interesting places.

The living area is furnished with a two-seater sofa and a wooden TV stand with a flat-screen television. A small desk and chair are positioned nearby, while light streams in through an open doorway leading to the rest of the apartment. A light rug complements the wooden flooring.
