Very nice studio matches the photos and in addition very well-equipped. Davis was very responsive and friendly with instructions and small touches on arrival (despite the late booking). Very modern furniture and the Jacuzzi is a big plus. I would highly recommend it.

In addition to the accommodation that met our expectations and the description of the listing, we also extremely appreciated the kindness and the relationship made easy by Jean Charles, both before arrival and during our stay. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

Very warm welcome. The host is smiling and welcoming. The location is great: a few minutes to the beach and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. The place is beautiful, surrounded by plants, with the presence of frogs and birds that add to the charm. I highly recommend it! If I ever return to Guadeloupe, it will be with great pleasure that I will stay with this host again.

We were 4 people, the 2 floors were appreciated as well as the space. Everything you need is there, it was clean and the place is strategic. It was a pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

The apartment is very well located for business or holidays. The ceiling and the bed upstairs, you have to be agile because the stairs are steep and above all there is a lack of storage for things. Otherwise the apartment is very clean. Very good condition with a beautiful view.

Had a lovely stay. The accommodation matches the photos: very spacious, carefully decorated, impeccable and above all extremely well equipped: both for cooking (utensils, appliances, etc.) and for relaxing, with an excellent internet connection and a huge TV. The accommodation is ideally located in a secure complex, close to the hotels of Gosier. Beaches are within 5 minutes, shops nearby, as well as a bakery and several fast food restaurants. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car. The host and their team were super responsive and friendly (late arrival and early departure). Small downside: the complex pool is reserved for hotel guests. That said, it's a small detail compared to the overall quality of the accommodation. My favorite moment? Wake up with a sea view, without leaving the bed, simply by raising the blinds with the remote control. A real break of happiness. Recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay. Great views, absolutely quiet and a very short drive into the city. You have to be handle your car, because the street can be quite steep at times, but it is 100% worth it. I appreciated in particular the chance to communicate in English, thank you for that as well. Would stay again!

Anaïs was outside for work when we arrived, so Marcellus welcomed us with his huge smile. He was very nice and took the time to walk us through the space. During the stay, Anaïs was easy to reach, friendly and very generous. The place is just beautiful. Tastefully decorated, a sense of fullness emerges. Ideal place to relax with stunning views of Pigeon Islands and breathtaking sunsets, whether on the ground floor balcony during a good meal or the upper floor balcony while taking a bath. Kitchen was well equipped. There are three convenience stores nearby. The bedding was cozy and cozy. The geographical location is ideal for Malendure beach, the nearby waterfalls or any other tourist attractions about 30 to 60 minutes' drive away (Coffee Museum, Souffrière, etc.). What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

A perfect stay at Gaelle's! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. Communication with Gaelle was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to the masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The accommodation was really very clean upon arrival, which is very much appreciated. Access to the pool and beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little hitch on arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really super nice too). In short, great accommodation for a beautiful holiday in Guadeloupe. I recommend 1000%!

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for someone like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, as described, very good. Equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything for a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value.

We had a great time in Avignon. The accommodation is well located (central to visit Guadeloupe, Marina...), peaceful and very pleasant. Celine is very responsive and accommodating, it's very appreciated. You can watch hummingbirds, crabs, iguanas from the balcony... I recommend and will return with pleasure.
