We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! A perfect place to celebrate a special event thanks to its large sleeping capacity and the room to party. A number of bathrooms well suited to a large group. There are plenty of amenities (plates, glasses, etc.) Many outdoor activities to enjoy and have fun, weather permitting. The surcharge for 17 or more people is clearly announced from the beginning of the exchanges. Very clean bedding and linen. Convenient self check-in and positive exchanges with Priscille and Gonzague. We'll be back.

We had a lovely family weekend in the house. Everything was perfect, the children enjoyed the pool, the trampoline and the very large garden. Communication with Vikki went very well. We recommend it!

When we arrived back at the Gîte de La Gervaise from our beautiful bike trip on the Loire, it was almost like arriving home. We enjoyed the two days there in the best weather in peace. Thanks again. Beautiful house surrounded by water. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, several outdoor spaces allow you to sit. The children enjoyed the board games, the guided tour of the oil mill by Isabelle and her dad was very interesting. In short, a successful weekend, thank you!

The layout is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it's an essential criterion in our searches for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this listing,

Great for exploring between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (sheep in residence, deer and even wild boars and foxes passing through). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and crisscrossing the Puisaye. Numerous hiking opportunities also around the property. A great option to discover this wonderful region.

Diane and Sebastien's house is a little touch of heaven, peaceful, beautiful, and serene...And they are wonderful hosts. We had such a great stay which was not long enough. The house is situated directly along a clear, fresh flowing stream that is so relaxing to gaze upon and sit along. It is also nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and the cozy bedroom is extremely comfortable. There is a lot to see in the area: vineyards, little villages, walking and cycling paths and above all the beautiful town of Sancerre. Looking forward to a return visit!

Perfect house for a quiet break in the countryside (but close to shops), with family for me but which I think would have been just as pleasant with friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vincent’s apartment in Orléans. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and fully matched the descriptions. The location was easily walkable to Place Matroi and local restaurants. Vincent was an excellent host, responsive to our questions and requests. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Orléans.

Charming accommodation in the city center but quiet. Pleasant, small, well-maintained garden. The only downside is that the room is hot in this heat wave, which is rare in the region, it must be said! And we were just missing a teapot or a tea ball. We will certainly rent this accommodation again with great pleasure when we are back in the area!
