The main room features a modern sofa facing a smart TV and a dedicated audio system to enjoy your favorite entertainment. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a large shower and dressing room. All three offer comfort and privacy to its occupants. A second bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms. You will also find on the ground floor, a complete laundry room with the amenities of home: a washing machine and a dryer. It also serves as a third bathroom with a sink and a beautiful shower. Upstairs, a dormitory accommodates 4 people, children or teenagers, while a separate office allows you to work in complete peace and quiet. Outside, two spacious terraces offer an XXL relaxation area to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. The back of the house overlooks a large garden with a bowling alley, ideal for outdoor activities and barbecues with friends.
