A functional 36-square-meter apartment (incl. kitchenette, glazed balcony, bathroom + sauna) on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a quiet area about 1.5 km from the center of Nokia. Parking space in the yard (A4). Double bed in the bedroom. TV. In the kitchen, a coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishes are at your disposal. Coffee and tea are also available. Note: Due to cleaning, check-in is at 6 pm at the earliest! The key is behind a code lock, so the arrival time is according to your schedule from 6 pm. 9 steps to the apartment. No smoking!

The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

For children, a trampoline and a large lawn for yard games. Quiet, shallow beach. The property is not intended for parties. We welcome visitors ourselves.

The wood-fired sauna offers good steam. Use of the outdoor hot tub must be arranged separately. Fully equipped kitchen.
