Vacation rentals with a patio in Poggio dei Pini

Place was in a perfect location with plenty of options for restaurants! Luca was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations!

No problems whatsoever. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but I contacted the host and they quickly gave me an alternative WiFi to use which solved the problem. Great location and good value for money. The beds were very comfortable.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. The accommodation is very quietly located in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca for the pleasant time! :-)

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Beautiful garden we could sit in forever! The house was also great, with ample private parking. Angelo was very kind and a great host. We would gladly come again!

We absolutely loved the apartment, Cagliari and Sardinia. Mauro's apartment was amazing. Fresh, modern, wonderful roof terrace. The location is very good with proximity to restaurants and sights. Food and buses to Poetto (the beach) are down the hill. A little more difficult home, and the five flights of stairs were a challenge some evenings :) We will definitely return to Cagliari and hope to stay in this apartment again.

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We stayed with our dog for a week at Matteo's. The house is simply fantastic. In a few minutes you are on the beach on foot, which you almost have to yourself at this time. From the house you can hike and discover the coast. We can only recommend the house.

This place is typically Sardinian. It's all cute. The terrace and garden are nice. You have to like the old stone and the rustic side. The bathroom is clean and functional. The bedroom is comfortable. I recommend it for one night. There aren't many restaurants but the surrounding archaeological sites are great.

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! A really nice cottage, comfortably furnished. There was everything you needed. The driveway is a bit bumpy, but the landlord can't do anything about that. We would book again immediately, without hesitation. The host was extremely caring and easy to reach. Thank you for the wonderful time in this cottage.

The property looks like the photos, but being situated above the sea with private views, bbq, outdoor shower, balconies and a private path into the sea was even better than expected! The property was clean and the kitchen and WiFi were easy to use. The second bedroom is small and dark, but comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants and the local beach. I cannot wait to return!!!

Riccardo’s home was perfect for our family. Gorgeous views right on the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. He was very responsive and provided lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in the mountain town of Baunei. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, with an unbelievable view from the kitchen windows! Good location for hiking, however the town is a small one so not a huge choice in restaurants/cafe’s. Gian Marco was very friendly and accommodating! Parking on the street outside was also very easy.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need and easy walking distance to bus and restaurants. Daniela is an incredibly great host who always responded quickly to all messages and gave very clear answers to everything we wondered. Highly recommend this apartment and can imagine staying here again if I come back!

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!

Cozy loft, Paola is super helpful and very attentive, I highly recommend it because it is close to all the beaches in the area, comfortable bed, super terrace, Super recommended. Easy check-in, keys in the parking box right outside the house, it's true it's June but I've always found a place easily. In the kitchen, there was everything: oil, salt, vinegar, paper towels, toilet paper, and towels. Congratulations to Paola
