Everything you have read about this apartment is true - it's perfect! We lived in Podgorica for 2 months and fell in love with the city, the people, and the neighborhood. We were so comfortable in Sava's place; it's huge and more than enough room for 2 people. Even though it was winter, we stayed warm and cozy inside. It is well-maintained and super clean. The location is excellent; we could walk anywhere we needed to be within 20 minutes. The apartment building is very quiet; we never heard any noise from our neighbors. Groceries, banks, bakeries, coffee are steps away. Malls, green markets, the city center, museums are a 10 - 15 minute walk. Sava was very accommodating to our travel plans and always responded quickly if we had questions. Stop looking at other listings, this is the place to stay if you are in Podgorica.

One of the best Airbnb in which I lived! Everything was very clean, owners of this apartment really taking care about you in each detail: start from bathroom with many hygiene items and finish with kitchen items. Thank you very much, Marko!

Vi tilbragte et par dage i Aleksandars lejlighed og havde en dejlig tid der. Lejligheden er stor og rummelig, og køkkenet var usædvanlig veludstyret med alt hvad man kan ønske sig i porcelæn og glas, og der er endda en opvaskemaskine, det var dejligt. Vi lod vores bil stå på stedet, for alt hvad vi ønskede at se var inden for gåafstand. Vi kan kun anbefale Aleksandars lejlighed, og vi kommer gerne igen.

Отличное жилье недалеко от центра Подгорицы. Заселение было быстрым, понятным и четким. Есть бесплатная парковка на территории, что было удобно для нас. Квартира уютная, все есть необходимое. Рекомендую!

The place was exactly as described, looks just like the photos. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation is pleasant and clean. It contains all the necessary elements for a longer stay. The host is very kind, the communication was excellent. Mom is great. Highly recommended for accommodation.

I feel that I got a fuller more authentic experience staying in this apartment in Montenegro! Anja is a very friendly and responsive host and the apartment is lovely and charming with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

La maison de Dusan est très confortable. Sa maman nous a gentiment accueillis avec une tarte 🙏. La télé est gigantesque, et super pour regarder un film le soir. Le pont pour accéder aux balades en bateau est à 25 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes en voiture. La communication avec Dusan est très agréable, il est très attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

Logement compact, propre, calme et bien placé dans la vieille ville d'où l'on peut rayonner à pied. Un voisin adorable nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Restaurant La Lanterna et un salon de thé/bar Kaldorma très proches à recommander

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Marko. Er gibt sich wirklich die aller größte Mühe, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Mehr geht nicht. Bester Host! Die Lage in der Nähe vom See ist toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Eine Tour auf dem See ist am frühen Morgen oder gegen Abend zu empfehlen, dann ist fast nichts los. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Brand new luxury building, all new furniture and appliances, super clean! One thing that we didn’t expect is FREE mini bar in our room as a welcome gift, very nice touch! Only a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants, magnificent views from the balcony! I would truly recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment is new and very pleasant. Veljko was responsive and flexible on check-out, which we appreciated. The location is great. We will be glad to be his guests again. Recommended.

Bojan’s place is cosy, well-equipped, close to the city center and surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Shopping mall and supermarkets are also in the neighborhood. If you feel something is missing or need an input on Podgorica, he’ll surely help you find what you’re looking for.

Toll gelegen, etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Aber innerhalb von 30min zu Fuß ist man direkt in der City. Das Apartment Hat alles was man braucht. Alles super

It was nosy noisy in the night because the people upstairs celebrate a birthday but we told the guy rented the apartment for us and he talked to them and came to the place and did everything he could and they stopped the party and the noisy stopped.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu ❤️ właściciel bardzo pomocny! Pomógł nam z wypożyczeniem auta, przepyszne śniadania w cenie hotelu, przemiła obsługa i atmosfera bardzo przyjazna :) Okolica kameralna, obok płynie rzeczka przy której można się odprężyć. Warto zaopatrzyć się w auto i dojeżdżać sobie do okolicznych atrakcji i pięknych miejsc :)

We had a great time at Edin's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Wifi was very fast, never had an issue while working or streaming. Very conveniently located to everything and the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely stay again and will recommend anyone looking in the area to stay there as well.
