Distance from parking 30 m. height and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill:) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the cottage. Electricity is limited -solar panel. You have a boat on the river (Sharka) inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. Behind the boudou is a beautiful trek up the red hiking sign. I offer for recreation ( April - September) a fenced garden with an equipped 2 bedroom camper, beautiful quiet nature and a nearby bathing pond (approx. 200 m), excellent access to the address by bus. The land is fenced, divided by a stream into 2 parts, in the second part is my mobilheim, which I use for my needs. The camper and mobilheim have their own garden.
