Perfect host

The location of the apartment to the city center is optimal. We were able to enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. Garage excellent, everything was very clean. Everything we needed was in stock. Communication was smooth. There are several good breakfast places nearby. The city is quite nice.

If it would be possible to give more then 5*, then this would be at 10. Absolut spotless Appartement, the best I have been in Plzen in the last 7 months!!! A real diamant in Plzen!!!

Modern equipped apartment. Parking in the immediate vicinity. Good bus connection to downtown. A small supermarket and a beautiful playground are not too far away. We liked it very much and would book this apartment again.

New apartment near the center. Right next to the accommodation there is a river, along which you can walk to the center. Accommodation new and clean. The arrangement was quick and hassle-free.

It was a lot of fun. Lenka was very helpful and friendly, everything was correct in description.

Vladimíra is very communicative and reliable. When I was missing something, she solved it right away. The room is well equipped and nothing is missing for everyday life, I would just welcome a little maintenance for a cozier impression. Great apartment! Spacious, everything is available, the kitchen and bathroom are clean. There is enough tableware. There is a small garden where you can sit in the evening and enjoy nature. Neighbors do not interfere) This is the second visit to this apartment. I like everything. I will definitely stay here when visiting Pilsen

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail that has gone into this accommation. Every single little thing you would need is provided. I undertook a very diificult trip in Czechia 9 weeks after hip replacement surgery for the wedding of a dear friend. I was exhausted when I arrived in Plzen. Snacks, welcome beer, fruit, tea,coffee and sugar. The simple ability to wash clothes, without having to go and get detergent. Books to read, games, blankets for sitting on the balcony. And a guest Netflix account. The hosts have put their heart into this property, and it shows. This meant a lot to me, as I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. This rental was perfect for me, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was lucky enough to record and document a European Kestral, who is nesting somewhere nearby.

The apartment is easy to reach, nicely decorated and clean. Just right for a city trip. Check-in was very easy and parking in front of the house is very convenient. Nikola is very friendly and easily accessible. The dogs in the garden on the ground floor often bark. It didn't bother us that much. We had a nice time and can recommend staying at the property!

The place was really great. Comfortable in a quiet place. I was just slightly startled by the cleaning lady who was in my room when I returned from the store after my arrival, saying that she had just come to wash her hands. It was quite unpleasant, but otherwise my stay went perfectly well. Thanks.

I spent 2 months at Linda's place and I can highly recommend him. I was there for work, but I was able to enjoy the apartment and the neighborhood. As for the cleanliness and amenities of the apartment, I rate 10/10. I plan to use this accommodation in the future when visiting Pilsen. Value for the quality was above my expectations.
