Next to City Hall and vibrant bars and restaurants, it offers a bright living area, kitchen and bathroom below, and a cozy capsule above. Free parking nearby: 3 short-term and 1 unlimited 500m away (Ursulines). Note: The sleeping area is a capsule measuring 1.2 m wide, 2.5 m long, and 1.5 m high, accessible via a ladder.

House with 4 rooms . Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 living room. On site: board games, books, radio... A garden with a private table and an area with a table and barbecue, shared with another cottage (except in July and August, option to have the garden to yourselves upon request). Quiet at the bottom of a alley , you will find all the shops close by. Plenty of nearby walks and ideally located for exploring both land and sea. Cleaning is not included.

Pleasant Duplex located in a small residence about ten minutes' walk to downtown Lannion. Ideal for visiting the area, it allows easy access to the main roads serving the pink granite coast or other more private places. You will have a parking space and an outdoor area. The accommodation includes a living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs and is quite suitable for a two-person stay.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.
