This old fisherman's house dating from 1815 is located in the small village of Kerberenne, a stone's throw from Sainte-Barbe (beach access by trail) and its white sandy beach. This renovated house will seduce you with its quiet environment and central location offering quick access to Erdeven, Plouharnel (for water activities), Ploemel (and its golf course), Carnac (its menhirs), Etel (for its small port and estuary), Auray (and its shops)... Close to the beach and these activities.

Notre maison est notre résidence principale. C'est une maison originale que nous venons de rénover avec amour. Centre du village: 2.5 km. Plages de Sainte Barbe ou Kerhilio (10-15 minutes en vélo).

Loft upstairs from an artists' studio, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept nightly rentals (x2 minimum) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surfing & dunes within 2 km. You'll love this space for its originality and location.
