Charming house ideally located 50 m from the water on the beach of Launay facing the island of Brehat in Ploubazlanec. 4 km from the Brehat pier, 3 km from shops and 6 km from the port of Paimpol. Enclosed garden, private terrace with jacuzzi, sea view (extra charge off-season and on request) the calm and the sound of the waves reign when you listen. Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.
