The house is located 300 m from the sandy beaches and the port. This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior amenities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor amenities, in particular the spa, are its assets.

The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

Located in a 17th century hamlet, quiet and cul-de-sac. The first beaches are 10 minutes walk (Menfig Beach, Frouden...). We reach the GR34 in 5 mins. This place is great for 2. But we accept up to 2 additional people. The bed will be done (queen size ground floor, 140 on the mezzanine).

Our pretty Breton farmhouse (rated 3 stars by OT 29) was completely renovated in 2020 by us and we wanted to make it a warm and welcoming place while keeping the charm of the old by using materials such as stone, wood, hemp and lime. Located 500 meters from KERNIC Bay, the house is ideally located for cycling, hiking and water sports enthusiasts.
