Vacation rentals with a patio in Plouër-sur-Rance

Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A sea view from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a beautiful walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

Highly recommended apartment, right on the sea - just 10 minutes to Duss in the center of Saint-Maliô intra muros. Free parking at the church 5 min walk - there is also a Carrefour City, which is open until 10 pm. Great apartment that offers everything, nice contact with Nathalie and Adam - great environment - highly recommended.

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

impeccable location to be very close to Cancale,St Malo and even other visits like Dînan ,Dinard. After these busy days,a real pleasure to enjoy in the calm of the garden a restorative snack. I highly recommend this rental. A great place.

Our stay was not planned , so we had to find a last-minute accommodation for family reasons, and we found this charming house where we spent a small week with a very large garden and a large trampoline that delighted our daughter. The place is very quiet. a very nice house, special mention for the kitchen , which is equipped with a semi-pro , with good quality equipment. The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. i thank Boris for his responsiveness as soon as we had a question and a great exchange. To conclude, I recommend this charming house for a stay , a 10-minute walk from the beach which is very pleasant, especially when the weather is nice. Happy hosting

Great hospitality from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. We mix the old and the modern in a relaxing and pleasant setting where the living is good.

Very nice stay in Brittany in this peaceful retreat. The cleanliness is impeccable, the cottage is well-equipped, quiet. The owners who live next door are very friendly, responsive and very discreet. We were able to enjoy the pool with the little ones and all the toys made available, the children were delighted! Finally, the check-in and checkout with Isabelle went very well: she was very responsive to all messages for our arrival and full of good tips for visits. We recommend a stop at this vacation rental!

Very good stay at Marie Noëlle and Joël's, both are very friendly and the house is nice. The basement play area is a plus. The only small downside is that the entire land is no longer accessible as shown in the photos.

A lovely apartment in a great location with stunning sea views, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, we highly recommend a visit.

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

We had a great time at Florence's who was always responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this small haven of peace without hesitation! The +: a few steps from the shops (great "Maison Malécot" bakery for lovers of good breads and cakes🙂) and the beach.

Anne's apartment is a rare gem, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a very cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there's everything you need nearby and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect! We had a wonderful week and will return to this apartment without hesitation if we return to the area. Thank you so much for your kindness Anne.

This is the second time we have come to this home with my mother and we are still as won over by the calm and the magnificent view The concierge is very responsive. We had a sofa problem and she came to help us even late at night.
