10 years ago we were here and never forgot the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We'll be back sometime and it's hard to leave here. A little piece of paradise on earth.

We spent four days in Caroline's lovely studio! The beach view is very relaxing, easy to access beach because at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional, well thought out, furnished. Caroline is very welcoming, she offers good recommendations! we'll be happy to go back!

We recommend this little gem! Very nice apartment with terrace, comfortable and furnished with taste and simplicity by Sophie, our warm and discreet host. A stone's throw from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood and at the same time so close to Saint-Malo and La Rance.

An exceptional place!! We had a wonderful weekend, the views are splendid, a real favorite... Lots of walks nearby, nice neighborhood, intra right next door... Nathalie's hosting is also great! We had a wonderful stay at Karine’s! The place is beautiful and close to the waterfront. A lovely flat where you can feel quickly at home, with everything you need provided.

The apartment is exactly as described. It's small but well laid out. The neighborhood is quiet . It is easy and pleasant to reach the city center on foot. Entry to the apartment is via a lockbox, but Isabelle is concerned about whether everything is going well. We had a pleasant stay in Saint Malo.

I don't usually give 5 starts in every category, but Francoise's place deserves it, and so does she. The perfect place - clean, easy to get to, great location -, with the perfect host - kind, friendly, helpful. The whole experience would be difficult to improve! Many thanks.

The area is very nice, 20 minutes by car and full of places to discover, accessible by stroller and bike for children. We recommend it for families with small children. Little thing we would have liked to know: the stairs are "easy" so a child can use them. Toys for children of all ages. Difficulty with the bz we dropped but it must be my fault. Ideally bring an extra cleaning kit (sponges, toilet roll, spray, etc.). We didn't dare use the spices and other things in the cupboard, maybe indicate this for the next guests?

The stay at Patricia's place was perfect. The house is very well maintained, clean and with all the comforts. The location is great for reaching cultural and natural attractions. The area is quiet and easy to access. Patricia is really an excellent host and we will be happy to see her again on our next vacation in Brittany!

we booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the amenities to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house remains cool even in hot weather (with the exception of the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation, clean and well-equipped. Very quiet hamlet and at the same time very close to the sea, ideal! Very good communication with the owner. We had a lovely week. I recommend it!

Excellent stay with family in Servane's house, who is a very kind and responsive host. The house is in every way faithful to the photos and description and located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The 2 sheep in the garden delighted the children. ☺️

We had a lovely holiday in St Suliac, everything just as described and house very clean. Area is spectacular, beautiful coastal walks and nice towns.

We had a great time in the studio. Very nice accommodation, super clean, quiet, great bedding, magnificent views, free parking. The explanations are very clear to access the accommodation. A big thank you to Régis for his sympathy. Everything is perfect.

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

A great place with an amazing view! We were lucky to have the sun and the heat to accompany our stay ☀️ The place is tastefully decorated! And it's very easy to park, there are always spaces downstairs from the apartment. In short, we recommend this listing!
