A little gem! Françoise's studio is perfect for those looking for tranquility and comfort in the heart of the historic city of Saint-Malo. The location is excellent: you can reach everything on foot, even the beaches of Sillon with a pleasant walk along the sea. The apartment is very clean, new and tastefully furnished, especially with wooden details that make it warm and welcoming. It is equipped with everything you need and, despite being an attic, the blackout windows allow you to sleep well even in the morning. Quiet and relaxing – there are only a few seagulls to remind you that you are near the sea! Françoise was very kind and very helpful, both for the exchange of keys and for some useful advice on the area. A really nice stay, I'll be happy to come back (I miss it already!).

Another stay at Hugues's, and it was a lovely time as usual. The apartment is as beautiful, pleasant as it is functional. Everything is done on foot, walks, getaway to Saint Malo by boat shuttle, shopping, shopping, the location couldn't be more central. We'll be back, that's for sure! See you soon, Laetitia

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

Very functional, bright and pleasant village house, located in the heart of the historic district, right next to the creperies and in the heart of the market (two mornings a week). 100 meters from the customs officers' paths and beaches as well. Easy parking nearby. Very good experience - two nights in the form of discovering the place.

Excellent stay with family in Servane's house, who is a very kind and responsive host. The house is in every way faithful to the photos and description and located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The 2 sheep in the garden delighted the children. ☺️

We were very pleased with our stay at Claire and Benjamin's. Only advantages (we ended up looking for the small details that could be improved): incredible village, location of the house in this village at the top (near the beaches, shops, etc. and very quiet), renovated house with very good quality materials and attention to detail, everything is well equipped and very nicely decorated (clean style with a lot of character), special mention for the very comfortable garden deckchairs and the provision of bicycles (neither electric, nor new, nor in the best condition - but sufficient to enjoy the joy of moving without a car in the village). Recommended without so much as a second thought.

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located close to the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A beautiful place to discover the area!

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
