Beautiful view of city! Great balcony to watch the sunrises & sunsets. The 10-15 min walk to and from the city is challenging going uphill and downhill. The host made us feel welcomed and right at home. We found a lot of value in choosing this home for our multi day stay in Dubrovnik!

I loved my stay at Danijela and Frano's place. Modern and stylish apartment, away from the busy tourists in the old town, but right at a bus stop with multiple bus lines all going to the Pile Gate, so you can get to the old town in less than 10 minutes. It's also a pleasant 30 min walk. Bed was the comfiest I had out of all the Airbnbs I stayed in in Croatia, and it reminded me of hotel quality. Plush but supportive, not too firm, not too soft. And the pillows actually held their shape and were supportive. Everything was clean. It was nice to have access to an espresso machine, and not have to rely on the generally weak espressos that most cafes seem to make :). Enjoying the view from the balcony with my morning espresso was perfect. I only stayed 3 nights but would have stayed longer if my trip was longer. Having access to garage parking so central in the city was a big plus. And Danijela was very friendly and helpful and had many great suggestions of what to do and where to eat.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great, just a few minutes away from the old town, supermarket is around the corner. The place looks extremely nice and its super comfortable! Host is very friendly and helpful and was able to wait for us for our late check in. 10/10

We received a very warm welcome and were shown around the apartment, when we were given a bowl of delicious grapes (just before they reached the end of season) picked from Family Pijaca's vines. We felt quite 'at home' there and enjoyed our conversations with Miro, who spoke very good English (unlike our Croatian!!) and with his mother through a few words and sign language.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. Damir and his friend, Darija were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made us feel at home and offered help if we ever needed it. They also picked us up from the airport and took us back to the airport when we returned home, which was very helpful. Lovely, clean apartment and with all the facilities you could ever need. Fantastic location, about a ten minute walk from Banje beach and the old town. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. It was a view of the sea with Lokrum island. Private terrace which was lovely and peaceful. Bed was comfy and slept great while there. We will definitely return to Dubrovnik and would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Iva is a wonderful host who communicates well, gives easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. The location was ideal for exploring the walled city. Nothing was far. Excellent choice for us.

Tony and Tania are great hosts. The apartment is an impeccable place with all the necessary amenities. I couldn't have chosen a better place to come with my family to Dubronski.

We had a lovely stay at Milica’s! Easy and simple accommodation. Great location to walk down the long steps to the beach. If you want an authentic experience then being welcomed by the warmth of Milicia is the way to go!

Excellent apartment! The apartment is spacious and pristine. The views are phenomenal. The pool is spotless and really something special with the view. One of the best places we’ve stayed in a long time! Right out the front door there are stairs all the way down to the old town. The apartment was well stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed.

A really lovely place to stay and very convenient for the old town. Luigi was very friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. I wish that we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very clean and exactly as it appeared in the photographs. We appreciated having the balcony and terrace to ourselves as the view was stunning. The apartment was cool and we didn't need to use the air conditioning, despite the weather being warm. We enjoyed enjoying the pool and had it more or less to ourselves for the week we were there. As others have mentioned, it's a walk down into Cavtat and we made use of the plentiful Uber drivers to bring us back at the end of the evening.

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

Vila Ana is absolutely lovely and immaculately laid out. It is presented beautifully and has everything you need for your stay….. including a fantastic pool area with beautiful views from front of villa Ana and Tony were so welcoming and had even left food and goodies to welcome us Tony even gave us a tour of the immediate area including restaurants, supermarkets and Sun garden resort Knowing that they are nearby is very reassuring but not intrusive I cannot fault anything about our stay and would definitely return and recommend

Ivana was great, warm host. Apartment was best ever seen. Good location, easy to walk or drive anywhere.
