The house is so charming! Very clean and with great amenities. The land around it is so peaceful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The location is great, surrounded by nature and not far from a beach.

SPECTACULAR!!! This is an unforgettable home with a spectacular view. We did not expect such a grand vista---essentially a 360 view of the sea which is stunning. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is situated on a cliff alongside olive groves. You have no one around you and you have an unobstructed view of the sea. Oh yeah, there's a beach cove that is only accessible from the property! We only saw one family using it other than us while we were there so it was basically a private beach...We never left the property! The kids loved it and the beach is secured by a cove so we did not have to worry about the waves. This is a HUGE villa and can accommodate up to 8. There is plenty of hot water with a strong stream of water (which is unusual in Greece). I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is simply spectacular. The host Stefanos is readily available for any requests and is amazing. We also used the private tennis court to up our game. UNBELIEVABLE DEAL!!!

The accommodation was as described. We especially liked the fact that you can enter the water directly from the terrace. Everything was clean and conveniently set up, there were plenty of towels. It was also good that the bedrooms have air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay. The house is a bit outdated, which you can see especially in the bathrooms. An improvement would be a few more sun loungers, there is only one.

This place was fantastic for my wife and I. It was incredibly clean and new. It has everything you need. In the hot Greek summer it cooled quick and stayed cool. The outside space was awesome. The front patio was ideal for morning coffee. The back patio was cool and spacious in the evenings. All the restaurants and mini-market in the center of town were walking distance. Lastly I can’t say enough about the host. I got myself in a predicament and her and her family spent over 2 hours helping me resolve. We’re thankful for their hospitality. This is a must stay when in Plytra.

The room was very clean with spotless sheets. The view was beautiful with a sea view just like in the photos. You can go to the beach and to eat on foot is all next. The calm area ideal for family and relaxation. It is a good choice for those who go around Pelloponnisos to stay here instead of Limeni Areopolis where prices escape and share the distance because it is just 45 minutes from Elafonisos giving the opportunity to be close to arrive early and avoid long queues on the boat. That's how we thought about it, and it was the best choice!

Had great holidays! The house is excellent and spacious with breathtaking sea view. Had fresh produce in the garden that we were able to use, from melons, watermelons, figs, cucumbers, tomatoes, aubergine, courgette, and more. Totally isolated for peace and calm but also 8 mins from 2 villages that you can get anything you might want. Sea sides are amazing and so many too choose (from 5 min , 10 min , 20 mins to 1 hour drive deep what you want)with clear blue waters. Also are many things to do for sightseeing with longest drive for the furthest to about 1 hour. Sotiris was amazing host and always available to answer any queries we had. For sure will come again.

Beautiful and clean house near the sea, with a welcoming host and full of cuisine from local produce. Perfect for a short and regular vacation. It is in the center of very interesting sights.

Simply the most beautiful place we stayed in all of Greece. You have a whole plateau of olive groves overlooking the sea to yourself, with many trails on the property leading you to explore nearby beaches. Bazos, which is a wonderful 10 minute walk away, was very nice and we had it to ourselves. If that's not enough, you can go to Monemvasia, Plitra, or Elafonisos/Pounta which are all close. We loved our stay here and it capped off a 5 week trip in Greece for us. Best for last! It was a bonus to have Kostas' mother bring by her homemade spanikopita one night! And we loved hearing the jackals at night too!
