Ursulas Haus war ein echtes Paradies. Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer waren nicht nur geräumig sondern auch schön eingerichtet, absolutes Highlight war die Terrasse mit der wunderschönen Aussicht (und der großen Hängematte). Ursula war per Telefon immer direkt erreichbar und sehr freundlich bei Fragen und Anliegen. Falls ihr euch noch unsicher seid ob ihr im Norden oder Süden von Rhodos bleiben wollt und den Massentourismus vermeiden wollt, dann wählt unbedingt eine Unterkunft im Süden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Christos was an excellent host, response to our questions was immediate. The villa is perfect for family or a group of friends. Three double bedrooms and one double bedroom off the lounge area. Lots of outdoor areas to sit quietly, each bedroom had its own balcony. Very useful if you want your own very quiet reading space with views of the sea and mountains. Excellent pool and pool beds, great outdoor space, fabulous BBQ which we used many times, just a perfect place to spend time with family. A proper cooks kitchen everything to hand. The village of Gennadi which is a drive of 5mins has a bakery, veg shop, small well equipped supermarket and great restaurants. Visited many cultural places on Rhodes and some excellent beaches. All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This is easily our favorite villa that we have stayed at in Lachania over the years. We had no issues during our stay and Michail is a great, professional, helpful and responsive host! The instructions to find the house were very descriptive and we found it no problem. Parking was super easy as the villa has its own area that easily fits 4 cars. There’s a Nest lock and code to get in which is convenient and you don’t worry about house keys. The house itself was absolutely amazing. You walk into a big, open first floor plan with a huge patio door leading out to a gorgeous patio. The kitchen was spotless and clearly upgraded recently as was the half bath downstairs. You get a 4k tv with all the streaming services and a Sony Bluetooth ready speaker system for your music. Upstairs you’ll find 2 beautiful bedrooms with larger and comfy beds and an amazing full bath with a tub/shower combo. The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking, especially at night with all the stars visible.

Had an amazing 3 nights at Athina’s place. Really great host and the place was even better than I had expected. I really recommend as it’s around the corner of all best restaurants (2min walk) and only 5min walk from the St Paul’s bay which is the best place to swim around.

This is the second time we have stayed at Theodoros’ house - we absolutely love it here. It feels like home, has everything we need and the spaces are perfect for a family. Lachania is a wonderful village which we love to visit - and you can’t go wrong eating at Platanos every night!

Het was een geweldige week vakantie. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. De eerste avond was het al donker toen we aankwamen en hebben we de eigenaar ontmoet in het dichtstbijzijnde stadje. Hij heeft ons vervolgens netjes begeleidt naar de locatie. Eenmaal aangekomen werden we kort rondgeleid en lagen er al wat boodschappen klaar die we mochten gebruiken. De nodige spullen die je graag zou willen hebben, waren ook allemaal aanwezig. Eenmaal de volgende ochtend wakker geworden, werden we positief verrast door het prachtige uitzicht en heerlijke terras. De baai hebben we bijna heel de week voor onszelf gehad. Het is een heerlijke en rustige plek om Rhodos vanuit te ontdekken en van het mooie eiland te genieten.

this place is everything it says and more. me, my partner and our parents spent 5 great day, enjoying the swimming pool and relaxing. Christina has been super helpful from the get go, from bringing us table cloths to pasta drainer. the area is beautiful, Mojito beach, a few minutes drive from the property, is great and there are a ton of great restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Dimitris und sein Sohn Alexandros (der uns bei der Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, eine Melone und Wasser überreichte) sind sehr nett, freundlich und schnell erreichbar. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist perfekt: toller Ausblick über die Bucht und das Meer, sowie nur 2 Gehminuten im gemütlichen Urlaubstempo bis zum Strand. Und dort waren wir dann meistens ganz alleine. Erwähnenswert ist für uns auch der Baum vor dem Sitzplatz (ein mit wildem Wein überwachsener Pavillion) der uns morgens beim Frühstück angenehm Schatten gespendet hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mehr als nur vollständig und die sonstige Einrichtung im Haus mit liebevollen Details. Die Matratzen der Betten im Doppelzimmer waren für uns sehr angenehm; nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Fazit: Wir können das Seahouse uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus sucht, verbunden mit einer grandiosen Lage in Strandnähe, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
