A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cozy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the footsteps of the tenants from above can be disturbing.

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids, and big groups. Large enclosed outdoor area: (+ garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue). Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and various family-friendly activities (amusement parks, tree climbing...)

Rental located in a valley below the owners' land. Walking distance: Lake Réguiny, municipal swimming pool, recreation center, shops...
